I believe they will extradite him back from Florida with no trouble. He seems arrogant enough to think he can beat the charge even if they take him to trial. Wealth and privilege make some folks think they are above the law. Now that his enablers are gone he may finally be exposed.

It sounds like from what I hear that it is in the hands of the Scott Co. DA to bring the charges and that is what we are waiting for. But I haven't heard another peep about it.

Who in Florida? I lived in Forkvillie community outside of morton and knew her family. This was so sad and a shock to our community.

I watched this yesterday and commented on it. It's sad and unacceptable that the state Attorney General won't help and the DA is holding up charges. Tim what can we do to help get this case moved forward?

Interesting old news here. There is a guy who has been accused by numerous women of stalking them. He has ex girlfriends who accuse him of threatening them, and roughing them up, and almost strangling them. He taught karate class across the street from McDonald’s in Forest when Shondra went missing. He followed Shondra and her friends around Roosevelt State Park shortly before her disappearance. He offered to allow Shondra to drive his sports car; the same car that mysteriously burned shortly after Shondra’s murder. At that time he also attended Hinds Community College in Raymond and frequented his deceased grandfather’s vacant home in Vicksburg. The closest route from the campus to Vicksburg took him down Champion Hill Road to I 20 less than one mile from the bridge near Bolton where her body was found. He later approached law enforcement identifying himself as a private investigator who was investigating Shondra’s murder. He was seeking information they might share with him about what they knew. He was a person of interest in other cases similar to Shondra’s. He was then admitted by his wealthy family to Whitfield for mental health treatment. Upon release he moved to Arizona, then back to Brandon/Flowood, then to his current home is Florida.
