Circumstances of Disappearance:
Tobias was last seen in McComb, Mississippi on July 24, 1993. He was planning to travel to Baton Rouge, Louisiana for the funeral of a family member. He never arrived at his destination and has not been seen or heard from since. He has not collected any of his Social Security checks since 1993.

At the time of his disappearance, Tobias was driving a dark blue 1987 Chevrolet Silverado with a temporary license plate. Both he and his vehicle have never been located.
