I seriously doubt Jeremy would say he was told he didnt need to take a poly if he hadnt been told so by LE. And this was BEFORE they quit talking to LE.

It doesn't mean that something didn't happen before or after he was at work and he could be covering and lying for someone even if he was in Disneyland. JMO.

He probably asked if he can be compelled to take a poly and LE said no, he can legally refuse. Ergo, he doesn't need to take one.

I just watched it and I am almost positive that he said the guy was all dressed in white. This guys story changes as much as the timeline does. With every little rumor, this guy fabricates another little part to his story. Shameful!

When Vinnie asked Jim Spellman if the neighbor's estranged husband asked his wife what happened that night, the husband told him that the timeline was similar to what has been reported. Then Jim Spellman said something to the effect of... "that's all I can go into right now". Wonder what else the husband's neighbor told him???
