I don't think she "came forward". The cops have known this probably since the beginning. I heard her name on Fox from Judge Jeanne this morning, but I don't remember it. They didn't discuss her relationship to JI and/or DB. Said the 50 second call went to her voice mail. Now if the phones couldn't make outgoing calls, I'm really confused. Maybe the phone the grandfather gave her. Who knows???
