Sheriff Heino reports at this time, Becker appeared to have passed away from hypothermia, but the official cause remains under investigation.

No info on this. He’d been missing a week and I cannot imagine he and the pup were out in the cold all that time. I doubt the puppy would’ve survived if Brad and he had been out there that long. His truck was found first and then he was about a mile away. Not sure where.

If you go to family members facebook pages there's discussion as to why he may have been missing. He was deeply loved, that is for sure. I'm just happy the puppy was found safe, but grieve for his family in this terrible time.

Missing Kalispell man's body found near Marion

Now reports say he was 5 miles distance from his parked vehicle. And he was dressed in street clothes, not necessarily conducive for the cold temps. They found his vehicle that morning and found him later in the day.

He froze to death, but his 3 month old puppy survived. I'm thinking he couldn't have been out there that long, because the dog, who is young, and small, was found alive.

I'm sorry for whatever reason caused him to pass away. I'm sorry for his family too. RIP BB
