Missoula man missing in Bob Marshall Wilderness

Brandon Lamont Brownlee, 43, entered Bob Marshall Wilderness on June 16. He presumably walked along the Jenny Creek Trail until the point where it meets up with Young's Creek. Searchers were not able to determine where he went after that.

Authorities described Brownlee as a 5'10 Caucasian male weighing 280 lbs. His hair is brown and gray, and he has green eyes. He most likely has a gray frame-style backpack with him and may be wearing hunting camo.

Several others have been rescued from the Bob Marshall Wilderness this year, with 13 people stranded overnight there last week.

Apparently they had unexpected bad weather and high water the last couple of weeks.

Circumstances of Disappearance
Brandon left his house around 0300 hours and was last seen at a trailhead near Ovando, MT. Brandon's vehicle was located abandoned at the trailhead with a window broken out and Brandon has not been seen since. Cell phone location confirms his phone was in the area at the time of his disappearance.
