Ancestry.com (paid subscription) has a Texas birth record for TT. The first name is "Tommy" not Thomas. The middle name is Darrell. The mother is listed as PLB, middle name Lynn. No father listed.

Thanks Songbird. I am still surprised there was no obituary.

Dad had a girlfriend who he may have lived with. I wonder if she had any contact/relationship with JH at any point after dad died.

She moved on and created another FB page. She is obviously hurting by his death. IMVHO

After reading the charging doc’, the only real piece of info I got is James supposedly stole a wallet? That is strange considering James could not leave the house to go where he might use money. So, I would assume the wallet was found. And, that is not a valid reason for killing a child.
Per the clan reporting James enjoyed running into walls, banging his head on steel doors, etc., I think they really felt no one would be culpable for his death.
The other thing, the mention of LE searching the hotel room, so arrests did not immediately occur upon finding poor James.
Will the autopsy report be public?

Also Batts & Sasser Jr. might be under the impression blaming uncle Sasser will exonerate them & uncle will receive a slap on the wrist since he’s a child.

I wish for Madison to be charged with something.

The video evidence is going to kill any valid defense. Otherwise, the family would probably throw the other guy under the bus, forgot his name...the 18 year old neighbor.

However, the family could say that everything on the videos was discipline, but the neighbor is the one who actually killed James.

You’re right. I bet the trio will want trials though. Why not waste taxpayer money. I guess there assets will be sold to help with legal fees if they have any equity.

How shocked are you ma Batts called 911 a didn’t haul the body to the nearest ravine, claiming James took off hitchhiking?

I’m not really all that surprised. Obituaries cost money and they aren’t super cheap.

Batts is on video physically and verbally abusing James. Idk why some people seem to desperately want to give her a free pass.

I sure don’t want any of them to have a free pass. I hope they never have a free day again.
Even the 18 year old needs a stiff sentence.
I’m very disappointed Madison apparently escaped arrest.
Not that there’s evidence she abused a James but she could have reported what was going on.

No,
Did Tommy have an older sister by Batts?
No, TT was her oldest child. Batts is her birth surname. There are three daughters, all with different surnames. IMO

Juvenile suspect in West Yellowstone boy's death will be tried ...

2 days ago - James Sasser III, a 14-year-old suspect in the murder of a 12-year-old ... James Sasser III is being held on $500,000 bail at a juvenile facility in Billings

(Only linking to confirm SasserIII is in Billings juvie)

The Billings Juvenile Detention Center is a fairly large maximum security facility, which serves a large number of counties and cities in southern Montana; and is a stay over facility for youths at other institutions that are being transported for trial, family emergency, etc. Sorry, I can't provide a link......they don't advertise. So there are 4 children by Batts - each with a different surname?
Are the grandparents married - wondering with the Batts/Sasser names.
And the maternal side is just as confusing.

PLB has given birth six times that I can find. One is deceased, two are adults who no longer live in the same state as their parents, and three are mentioned in the arrest documents. IMO

The 14 year old admitted that they lied about him hurting himself. I am sure the grandma lied about the alcohol. Unless she made him drink it. I have zero regard for her.
You’re right, I wouldn’t believe anything out of the mouth of that evil woman.

Yes! thank you. I did finally find the time to do the research and you absolutely are correct on that. Thanks again, @Singbird

Well, that is not trashy at all.

Are we sure that this family hasn't been on "Jerry Springer"?

Do we even know if Madison lived in the home as of recently? Even if she did, she's 18, I sort of doubt that she would be at home that much these days.
