2-year old Legend Ryan White was last seen in Butte on Sunday Jan 21, when he was given by his father to an acquaintance, Julie Gardiner. She may be under the influence of drugs. There is no vehicle or direction as of now.

A missing and endangered person advisory has been issued by Butte-Silver Bow Law Enforcement for 2-year-old Legend Ryan White.

The boy is 2 foot 6, weighs 40 pounds, has brown hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing black, green and gray winter coat, black and blue shirt, gray pants, and green shoes. He was last seen Sunday afternoon in Butte.

"Legend was given to Julie Gardiner, an acquaintance of the child's father; Julie is 35 years old, 5 foot 8, 195 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes. There has been no contact with Julie or Legend since he was given to her."

Well it looks like she must know this little boy fairly well, she has pictures of herself with him on both of her facebook pages. Is she Dad's girlfriend I wonder?

Kinda looks like she has a spouse. Although, that means nothing to many people. She could have both.

The little one appears to be of native American decent, I wonder if she has other ties to one of the other tribes in the area, that would provide her with a hiding spot??
