Missing person alert issued for Matthew Grant in Glacier County

Blackfeet Law Enforcement Services is asking for help in locating Grant.
Grant, 21 years old, was last seen in Browning at his aunt's house.

His cousin Amanda told KRTV that he recently moved from Canada and doesn't know a lot of people in Montana.

Amanda said that he was last seen leaving his aunt's house in a truck with kids "about his age."

She said that he is always on Facebook, but has not posted anything since that night.

Ok, who are these people? Have they been questioned by LE?

And they waited so long to release it to the media? It is clear by looking at his Facebook for 5 mins that it isn't likely this is voluntary and there is plenty of reason to believe he is in danger.

Most recent article I can find shows him to still be missing. This article does have a tidbit more information on the people and vehicle seen leaving his aunt's house.

How strange...Would be interested to know if LE knows who the man and the woman in the black truck that picked him up were, and if they have been questioned. I don't have a good feeling at all...

I wonder if this might be a "drug deal" gone bad or something like that. He was new to the area, maybe he wanted to make friends and got caught up in a bad circle of people...I don't know, just thinking out loud.

Or maybe he hitched a ride back home to Canada, Browning is close to the border it seems. I don't know which part of Canada he is originally from though.

[h=3]Body of missing Montana man found in Glacier County[/h]

Grant's body was found in an alley in the Glacier Homes community north of Browning on Saturday afternoon.

The cause and manner of death has not yet been determined.
His body was taken to Missoula for an autopsy.

Your greatest tools for raising awareness is to reach out to a victim advocacy group in your area - start here https://dojmt.gov/victims/crime-victim-advocates/
Then go to the media. Tell them your story and give them as much info as you can to support your argument against how LE handled this case, including apparent facts available early in the case that should have made it clear this was foul play.
I hope you get swift justice for Matthew's death.

A family member tells Wake Up Montana it appears he was stabbed in the back and then dumped there.

Lt. Bird says Grant's body was taken to Billings for an autopsy, but they don’t have a cause or suspect yet.

They along with the FBI are completing the investigation.

Grant's mom will take his body back to Canada once the autopsy is complete.
