That is wonderful. I feel bad I don't know my mailperson. She drives and drops off in mailbox across the street so no interaction.

We are also looking for people who were in Reed Point Montana near the post office and/or gas station on April 29 between 6:30 and 7:30 pm, and you saw or know something PLEASE call Stillwater police station. Thank you.

I agree! Not sure if you’re referring to my post about Paul and his being on our route.

I did use the word “was” because it worked for me personally in describing how he has interacted with us in the past.

I am a teacher and when asked about a student I had the year before, I do the same. Just my verbiage. I personally never meant to imply I think he has passed.

Today is Friday late afternoon and I can't say much but I have one ray of home that Paul is still alive. Please keep praying, sharing and if you have friends or family in Montana, Colorado or Wyoming, share his photo and info. Thank you so much

If you know anyone in Wyoming or Colorado please also share. There is a lead that he may have gone to one of those areas. His sons live in Colorado and Wyoming is a very special place to him.

Also, Paul's sister stated that he was last seen in Reed Point. This answers my question about why they are focusing the search there and not in Bozeman.

I apologize, I'm late to the discussion but I've been contemplating all of the information and have been wondering why LE's main focus is on the Reed Point location. I understand that's where the car was found but I guess I wanted answers in conjunction with Bozeman. Whether or not he had a hotel room reserved and if he showed up to the hotel. Was there footage of him leaving the library, etc.

No, I'm sure was not directed at you at all. I think was just a reminder from her that we not give up on possibility Paul is alive. I feel he could be. :heartbeat:

Thank you, no worries. I think from experience here, we get sensitive to certain words, turns of phrase, semantic distinctions... Just wanted us all to stay positive - it may not help in the big scheme of things, but it doesn't hurt either!

Hoping for some thing, anything... so sad for his family right now, not knowing... not quite knowing where to search... may there be answers soon and may they include finding Paul safe (and safely for those searching!)

I don't believe he was "seen" by locals in Reed Point at all, if that's what you're asking. For me, it's an open question as to what LE in that area saw, on other video.

I don't know if the Bozeman Public Library has a camera, but it is likely. Also (almost?) all of our major intersections have traffic cams. There is no way Paul could have gotten out of town and headed to Reed Point without passing through at least 1. The library is on the east end of town and if he headed directly onto Main Street, he would have had direct access to I-90 heading east.

Although the purpose and use of the traffic cams in town is of some debate, I really hope the footage has been checked to see if Paul headed out, was alone, etc.

I wonder if he met someone in Bozeman while he was hanging out at the library who may have mentioned they wanted to go to Reed Point and Paul said he had nothing else to do and would be glad to give them a ride? Sounds from what we hear about him that he was the kind of guy who would do that for someone.

This seems like a very plausible scenario to me and I just hope his good nature did not lead to him being harmed.
