I'm not sure that's the case. I can't find any MSM articles to corroborate that. I'm glad JVM is covering this case, but I'm not sure everything she shows is accurate. For example, she keeps flashing a missing poster of Sherry that has her name misspelled as Sherri.

JMO, HLN doesn't concern themselves with little things like accuracy...

When I said "they moved him" I meant they moved him from Rapid City. Jane is wrong.

Oh, got it. I wasn't suggesting that you had it wrong, rather that HLN/JVM did.

I'm sorry everyone, I can't really do the whole typing everything that is on the show.:( I really wish I could, but I type, I pause, I rewind to see if I got it right... I'm just not fast enough.

To me Spell looks totally drugged out of his mind in his mugshot. I wonder how LE can believe anything these men are saying.

Just didn't want you going out there searching :)

The former FBI agent, Steve Moore, said it looks to him that Waters got a job with the oil industry and they (the job) sent him over to Sidney.

Yet here I go again....

Steve Moore: (former FBI agent)
He thinks that LE is saying that Sherry is dead based on statements that the suspects have made. The fact that they are looking for old growth trees, dead trees would indicate to him that they have some physical evidence, in the soles of their shoes, things that the FBI lab has analyzed so they can match it to the type of tree and where it would be in the area. Witnesses say large trees, but when you are looking for old growth trees, witnesses don't say that evidence says that.

That they are charged with Aggravated Kidnapping says they do not believe the accident theory because it means that a person is "kidnapped for a later purpose". "The crime that aggravated it happened after, not before."

Pat Brown says that Sherry being abducted fits with the shoe being found. If it came off in an accident it would have had blood on it.

Mark E.: The golden rule is always have something on you [when you are jogging] except if you are in somewhere like Montana, well that golden rule was broken....

Just heartbreaking.

So the possibility that they hit Sherry and hid the body trying to cover up the crime is no more. tears

So Spell is the guy I found last night. Did farm work in Ordway, family in Parachute, but originally from Lafayette, LA. From what I can tell, most of his family is in southwest Louisiana, or from there and living elsewhere. I wonder if that ties in to the comment about oil field workers.

Well, I agree with the last part. There's no way she "knew" it was two men, though, sorry. Sherry wasn't that big or tall. What if it turns out there's a third perp? I suppose Pat Brown will amend her statement to say she always knew there was another perp.

I haven't been feeling the accident scenario since Sherry disappeared, though, so I agree with that part.

bolded by me.

She was 5'10" which I would consider rather tall, although she only weighed 140 which is pretty slim for that height.

Maybe its just me, but the bridge of Spell's nose doesn't look straight.

As for Waters... meth head. He really is aging very quickly.

Water's nose looked crooked to me originally, and Spell's nose does look like he has been in fights repeatedly without getting the broken nose fixed.

They both look like they have some extracurricular substances in their blood systems.

Press Conference Reveals Little

"Please do not disturb anything," said Chief Jim Lokken of the Williston Police Department. "Do not put yourself in any risk in these areas. We are not, and I repeat that: we are not requesting volunteers from the general public because of the cold weather and public safety."

The pair are being held at the request of Montana authorities and could soon be extradited to that state, according to the sheriff. "At this particular time," neither man is in a position to help locate Arnold's body, Busching said.

Hmmm...wonder why that is? Is it because they are both going through major drug withdrawals right now or because they both have lawyers now who will not allow them to help locate Sherry's body?
