Police have requested the public's help in locating Spencer Budde Junior, who may be with his non-custodial father.

A Missing Endangered Person Advisory was issued shortly before 6 p.m. on Wednesday.

Interesting from reading my link above it states the child was turned over(found) and after reading your link it ust says found.
