Anyone know if where I can see what kind of training TES gives volunteers (e.g. what to look for, etc.), or what kind of techniques they use (e.g. grid, etc.)? I thought this would be interesting, even if its general info, or if another WS can relate the basics from past involvement in searches. Interested to learn a bit more. TIA!
