I just wanted to add my thoughts to ya'lls.
I had the cam on but turned up the sound right after M. had been asked to leave and did hear the frustration in his voice and he seemed confused as to why this had occurred ....his frustration and remarks seemed understandable to me later on and as he drove and I "went with him" the rest of the way...
before today I had only seen his name and a few things in reference to him but today as I followed the events I came to like and respect him.
as another poster sort of said, he was "processing" the request from TES to leave (and he did say that Tim asked him personally) and it seemed as he worked it out in his mind he pretty quickly became very objective and respectful of Tim and the situation and over and over encouraged folks to give water and money and time to TES.
He said he thinks he was "set up" about going to the KOA grounds but he was VERY polite and respectful there, too. He said he thought he might know who was responsible for that..
He was having tire problems, too, and said he would have to get it fixed this morning.
yes , he was having a very bad day the first time I ever "met" him........and I tell you what, I was impressed.......if he could be such a gentleman on a BAD day he must be terrific on a good one!
and , I got to see a lot of scenery from Florida!
THANKS, MURT! You seem like a great guy and I wish you all the best!
