This whole thing is insane. I was really expecting this to turn out to be some kind prank for Youtube.... because WHO does this???

A violent psycho, apparently. :scared:

WHY is she not pressing charges?! Omg, the poor kids, how terrified would they have been? Never mind that their lives were all at risk.

Not to mention the broken glass that fell on them. I know it doesn't shatter like normal glass , but still large chunks went in the car and a grown man crawled in on them.

This is what got me -- it shouldn't *matter* whether the woman involved wants to press charges or not, that guy *should* be in a jail cell on his way to court at the very least for public endangerment, or something.. recklessly causing risk to his kids...? There has to be something they can charge him with.

Is it actually necessary for a person to press charges, after an attack like that?

I wouldn't wanna press charges on this guy either. I'd be so scared he would kill me. He is obviously nuts and bold. This is where the state needs to step in and press the charges for her and the kids.
