Mystery Man Surveillance

so this mystery blob may just be some innocent person who was walking along and popped behind a tree to relieve his bladder....

I agree that is a possibility. Especially considering the time of morning with bars closing and partygoers heading home.

I think I need to go back to lurking in this case. I'm just too frustrated right now.
ABC has given more coverage to a mystery blob than they have given some missing children's stories.
I want Lisa found just as much as everyone else....but if the media is this desperate to find something to report on....then please mention another missing child for 5 minutes.
end of rant.....sorry

I am still thinking that it was that the media just got wind of this video. Not necessarily that LE didn't.

I agree. I'm of an opinion that LE started looking at surveillance videos pretty early on... definitely after the 1st couple stated they saw some guy wandering around with a baby at midnight. MOO

i've got a question but i'm not sure where to post it...

IF DB or JI told JT or CS that they were involved in lisa's demise would they have to keep in confidential or could the go to LE? :waitasec:

thank u to anyone who answers

Attorney/client privilege.

I have catching up to do....but I had to log on to say, I loooooooovvvveeee that we (you all) are calling this man 'the blob'

I have had a pretty rotten day, and you all referring to this man as the blob, well.... just made me crack up, tears in eyes....LAUGH....

yes, I know these ARE serious matters...

but sometimes the tension needs to be released, and for me....the blob did it.....

thank you blobsters....continue on, I have some reading to do....

Unless the neighbor is an accomplice, the baby would have to be stolen after 10:30pm because the neighbor was at the house from 5:30 - 10:30pm. If the ladies were sitting on the front porch drinking, they had view of both the computer room window and front entrance. So, no intruder would've entered the home while they were sitting out there drinking IMO. MOO

you are right. I was thinking 10:30 was the time dad came home from work.

Cindy is the local attorney of record for Joe T.

Actually I don't think this entirely accurate. Both The McAllister Law Firm (Cyndy Short's firm) and Joe Tacopina's firm represent both Jeremy Irwin and Debbie Bradley. I have heard conflicting rumors of regarding who (Short or Tacopina) was brought in first. What is true is that if JI or DB is charged, Tacopina would have to be pro hac'd to appear as counsel for them. At this time there is no action pending so he can't move to be pro hac'd.

There is no word on who is counsel for the Blob, but I would be happy to broker a book deal and exclusive access to him/her/it...

This is a very bizarre case imo. After seeing the complete layout of the street the home is on it's difficult to imagine someone so bold as to climb in that front window and the neighbors not see anything or the perp not worry about being seen. However, the car was broken into and no one seemed to see that. Then there's the possibility of the door as entry. A homeless, high, meth head is the only culprit that fits for me if I am to believe this baby was kidnapped and the sightings that have been reported of the man with the half naked baby. Possible but definitely peculiar.

Go to crimereports.com and enter 64117 and look for this neighborhood. It will place you slightly to the west of here. Even plug in a 30 day report and you will see the reason why there is a lack of residential surveillance cameras in the area. No real need for them. Well maybe more going in now though.

Attorney/client privilege.

:)

thanks for answering :)

do you think they would have told JT or CS if they had done anything to lisa,i'm sure DB will know about client/attorney privilege since she has followed similar cases :waitasec:

you are right. I was thinking 10:30 was the time dad came home from work.

Dad came home from work close to 4 a.m. Unless that story ends up changing too. Who knows. If it weren't for Lisa being at the birthday party the day before, I would be inclined to think she had been missing way before that. Who knows. It's a mind bender.

I think it is extremely important for LE to try and verify the sightings reported especially since both people are saying white tee shirt and diapered baby spotted in those am hours so close to where Lisa was supposed to have been taken from. That four hour gap between witnesses has never sat right with me. I realize there is quite a distance between the two but why would a kidnapper be out and about with an undressed baby all those hours? Nope, doesn't make sense.

Attorney/client privilege.

:)

But they couldn't defend them as innocent, correct?

ETA: My understanding is that an attorney can have all the suspicions they want about their clients, but the moment a client admits to a crime, then they can no longer defend them as innocent. Not sure if they have to report it or not? My brother is an attorney but I'm far from it - I'm sure some of you legal experts on here will know - thanks!)

I dont know this for a fact, but I think Cindy (new and local lawyer) is representing Jeremy and Joe T is representing Deb.
Otherwise, why would they need two lawyers?

They need two lawyers because JT doesn't have a Missouri license. In order to apply for a temporary license for this case only (pro hac vice) he needs to have a "sponsor" attorney who is licensed in the state. He will work through her office and they will be "co-counsel." If LE decides to charge one or both of the parents, they can then decide if there is a conflict of interest and deal with the issue at that time.

That seems about right. Mystery blob needs to get a scooter......:floorlaugh:

With a baby seat on the back...

If this is related, who is to say this person was 'out' the entire time?

Other aspects to that theory to include would be the dumpster fire and abandoned house that was searched as well as those dirty diapers that were found may or may not be related as well. Isn't there about 7 or 8 miles distance between the two reported sightings? Don't think it would take four hours to walk it.

Oh yeah, isn't this video 2:30 am? Right in between the reported sightings. No baby that I can see. Don't know what the location is in relation to the Irwin home and reported sightings so....
It just makes good sense that LE would be viewing any available surveillance cameras to try and get a lead. Rule in or out these tips.

I can just see some media junky come out and say "I WAS THE BLOB."

What happens if there are several candidates for the blob? The media will go crazy.

I believe the out of town Attorney needs a local who is licensed in that sate to be involved (so two for the family).

Thanks to you and also peepers!
