No stuffed animal found at the crime scene that look like a tiger or a bear.
However.. this image will blow your mind.

There was one at the house that "looked" like somthing we saw in the Photos.

That is creepy.

Made some additions and updated chloroform in glass not plastic, added NO SHOES OF CAYLEE'S at crime scene. Added no stuffed animals, strollers at crime scene.

It might be a good time review and tie off some lose ends.. We might end a spreadsheet for this in the end. Reviewing may help improve our detective skills as it helps us correct possibly faulty lines of thinking.

That is what I thought.. but I think we can safely say it would not be in the gatorade bottle.. not saying that there was not another drug in the bottle. I would love to know what was on the syringe.

The syringe in the gatorade bottle in a Disney bag that was with the body.. IMO is very interesting. I just do not think it could be chloroform. Chloroform would not be adminstered by a syringe. However, drugs can be mixed with gatorade.
Now.. if there was a cloth with chloroform in that bag with a gatorade bottle... I might begin to think she got incredibly lucky to use a plastic bottle.

BTW, I made an addition to the post you quoted me on.

:)

I changed the chloroform.. will change to busted or confirmed when the forensics get released.

For the record, I don't think KC mixed up a batch of chloroform either, but I'll dive in anyway for fun:

The link you posted about not storing it in plastic containers merely says for 'long periods of time,' the length of which is not defined. Is a long period a month? Year? Eons?

Also, just because there is an advisory against it, I wouldn't assume that a murderer using chloroform would necessarily follow proscribed guidelines.

Syringe results can't come soon enough. Far more interesting than the diary, really.

The syringe really worries me.

Every now and then I get a huge reality jolt. OK to joke around about bits of a puzzle, but the joke went away as I read thru the documents lists of bones! Caylee's bones! After being incredibly sad, I get incredibly angry at CMA. Then angry at the A's because they don't seem to get that rage and desire to bring that anger to bear on the monster!

hopefully you guys are bringing some of these busted myths to the thread? Otherwise we aren't creating a good reference.

I'm getting there, JBean. If work wouldn't keep getting in the way I would have had that up there.

There were 3 bags. 2 black plastic garbage bags with yellow ties that were double bagged and put inside the canvas laundry bag.

What do you mean by "double bagged"?

This case can be really tough on a soul.

While constantly angry at KC, I'm beyond needing or caring if the A's ever get it. Caylee has JA, YM, Dr. G. and her staff, NS of the FBI and the FL SA office on her side.

A friend sent me something that really helped yesterday. She reminded me that the people who carried Caylee's remains from that site, are people who care very, very deeply and are just like many here. They did more in those first hours to care for and treat Caylee with the utmost dignity and respect than CMA or anyone else in her family did.

One plastic bag inside another plastic bag inside the canvas laundry bag. So, from the inside out. Plastic>>plastic>>Canvas.

Sorry if I wasn't clear enough, I've got many distractions tonight.

I'm not assuming the two trash bags were "doubled". Can you explain how that is known from this?...

The additional duct tape found at the scene worries me as well. Were they used to bind her arms and legs?

Tape on arms and legs has been a consideration. I have not found info on length of pieces found, but looks like just scraps. Binding still a possibility? Or extra sealing on bag(s)?

This is not starting out well. Now we're getting myths about the myths.

It wasn't a myth about a myth. The list was changed between the time I posted my reply and the time you read my post. If you reread my post, you'll see that I say #6 and #8 say the same thing; they did at the time of writing.

You know, you're right. I, too, had assumed that the two trash bags meant that one was inside the other and then the laundry bag. IOW, like the other poster was thinking (not to be disrespectful to little Caylee by this) Caylees remains, inside a plastic bag, inside of another plastic bag, inside a laundry bag. As the poster said "doubled bagged."

But, what is written there does not say that. Although, it is likely that that's how it was, we can't assume that or know it as fact because it doesn't say that. Good attention to detail there Hot Dogs. :)
