Naked, knife-wielding Washington Banjo player arrested

Police called out Sunday to reports of a naked man wandering around a Vancouver, Washington suburb with a knife, found him outside his house where he refused to surrender.

After a tense standoff, the suspect, Andrew Helmsworth, entered the house and came back - wearing a pair of shorts and carrying a banjo. He played the instrument for the officers until they were forced to subdue him with a non-lethal round.

Helmsworth was arrested and charged with assaulting a family member.
