Naked man gets tangled in barbed wire fence

A Boise man was arrested Saturday morning after he was seen streaking near Military Reserve Park.

Around 5 a.m. an officer on patrol saw a man completely naked in a parking lot at the park. At the time it was very cold outside and had just begun to snow.
