But doesnt that have him leaving twice? That's a hell of a chance to take that both kids (especially the 2 year old) would wake, no?
We don't know that he didn't load the kids in the car or if the kids were even home.

I think he would have to leave twice anyway. First to take her. He came back to clean up things and to get rid of any evidence of a fight. He realized while cleaning things up that there was blood on items (could be his shirt, the bedding, the carpeting, towels) so he looked for the detergent/bleach. He cleans himself up and goes to get supplies probably dropping items on the way to the store.

I hope they check the dumpsters near the store, in the neighborhood where she was found, or along the route to the store for other things he may have ditched. He may have hit her with an object instead of his fist or God forbid...he cut her with a knife.

Brad DOES seem to have spent quite a lot of time online. I hope LE checks out his computer. I would like to know what websites he had been visiting, etc.
Also, as I stated this morning; Nancy probably does have a large insurance policy. Since Brad himself stated that they were having marital problems, in a divorce Nancy would have gotten the house for she and the children, and Brad's lifestyle would have been much less than what he was accustomed to. Motive = money?
What would make a young mother with 2 children want a separation? Another woman? Abuse? Whatever the reason is, is why he would kill her, IMO.
At the party/dinner, Nancy is said to have been tired and not felt well. Could he have been poisoning her?
Brad seems to have been very self centered if all of those sites were his. I am looking forward to hearing the cause of death, as well as her close friends speaking out after a time. They are all in shock right now and very sad. My deepest sympathy goes out to Nancy's family, children, and her friends.

Me too. I emailed the station and asked them about the white cloth. They haven't emailed me back yet.:)
While it could have to do with the investigation, it may be something used by the construction company instead. Something to do with the retention pond itself or the pumping system. Or I could be blowing smoke and have no clue. LOL

That is sort of what I was thinking. If the area is exactly where I think it is, I think that white tarp actually shows up on googles satellite maps. My guess is that it may be from the construction going on, not the crime scene?

I'm thinking she may have ran. He came at her, she took off (she was also a marathon runner) he caught up with her where he killed her. 2.5 miles away, is that possible? Hide and run?
The police haven't released what she was wearing, and we don't know what she wore to the neighbors.
IIRC, the neighbor said her party was casual.

If he killed her and dressed her at home, he better hope he tied the running shoes correctly.
At home is the only reason I can think of he would need the laundry detergent. Scott and OJ come to mind, as needing to use the washing machine.
He also would know there would be cameras at the store.
I'm pretty much stuck. We know he is a least book smart, and didn't plan this very well if he was trying to get away with it. I don't see premeditation here.
IMO

This is probably just wishful thinking, but is there any way that (for once) the husband didn't do it?

I'm getting so sick at heart over all these cases of perfectly nice women being killed by their husbands. The police chief said that it wasn't a random killing, so that the killer targeted Nancy in particular, right? And who would do that except for her husband or a friend/acquaintance?

RC

I really tried to give him the benefit of the doubt in the beginning, but his very own actions give him away, IMO. The biggest is not showing up at Tuesday's press conference. Although I'm sure he didn't go because he was devastated.

Lalaw~ The house alone is worth $346,500.00. I would say money could be a huge motive in not want her to have what he considers "his property". The reporter did say that friends mentioned he refused to leave the house and move out. He doesn't appear to be a man who likes to lose...anything.

Hey, I was buying it. ;) :blowkiss:
I watched the news videos of today's press conference and of Brad giving a statement Monday. He is soooo like S. Peterson.

One comment bothered me. Tonight the News 14 reporter said that the 2 children are with their father and no one knows where they are.
Surely LE isn't going to let Brad keep the children. Then again LE allowed Jason Young to keep his daughter.:furious:

right....from what i understand, the party was in the neighborhood...i don't know if it's been reported or not, but i'm leaning toward Nancy actually walking to the party.....i still don't understand why she'd leave her purse in the car though, OR why HE would put it there either:confused:

Agreed. I have a friend who left her foo-foo purse in her car in her garage awhile back. She forgot to close her garage door that night and her car and purse were stolen! Don't know if that's what happened here, but you can see how it COULD happen!

Unfortunately, every time I give the husband the benefit of the doubt, he turns out to be the killer.

I would have just called him "COB", but the newbies would feel left out!! Nevermind...now I still have to explain! Someone (JDB) typed cob instead of cop talking about Bobby C. JR. and it stuck! We call every lowlife 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 that murders his pregnant wife a cob now.

Yes, SP, DP, CS, BC...they have all sported that baseball cap with the "Ihavebeenupworriedsickaboutmywifeandhaven'tsleptorshaved" look!

Isn't NC a community state?
Meaning what's thine is mine?
If so Brad probably didn't want to leave for another reason--if he left before seperation papers were signed, Nancy could have charged him with abandonment.

Then again maybe he's moneyhungrysob and wanted it all.

I think no one in the media knows where Brad is. The police may have him stashed somewhere, but wherever he is, I bet the cops are either with him or watching him.

To me, he seems to have that aura of 'entitlement'. He would feel HE worked for the house, HE worked and she stayed home with the children, it was HIS money, etc.
War of the Roses mentality going on here? Not with Nancy, of course. She was a good mother and very wholesome. We will probably find that she had many more friends than he did. She was so outgoing and even helpful to her friends (painting and so forth). I think he was probably jealous of her.

Nancy stuck with Brad through a lot of his 'schooling'. He just got that last degree in Jan., 2008. Was she of no more use to him? I just feel he also had something going on outside of home, IMO.

I hope we wake tomorrow to find this 🤬🤬🤬 arrested if he did this to her. (and I think he did)
