As to "where we find this stuff" such as DD's blog Art2mis or however it's spelled, and also Imorial for Nancy, it's been around, here and there on links in the WS Nancy Cooper discussions. I'd put it here, but have to RUN off to an appointment.

If you find the sites, bookmark them, whomever said that they don't know where we find this stuff. It's interesting.:cool2:

To prove he is a good father - Brad obtains affidavits from four police officers who were involved in collecting the children:

http://www.wral.com/news/local/story/3642826/

"Bella and Katie would not have gone through that trauma if the plaintiffs had simply come to get the girls themselves," he states. "They could have handled it without causing a scene, and I could have provided better for the girls needs and given them clothes, their favorite toys and their medicines."

Has LE released any information about what was found at the dump site other than her body? Did they collect other evidence there? If not, is it possible shoes and bottoms were found at the dump site and it has yet to be released to the public?

We know what was collected in the SW at the house, but not what was collected at the dump site. If these items were collected, I don't think these items would be sent to the ME since they were not "ON" the body.

Good question...

"tiblet", on GOLO, just came up with a very insteresting scenario... had to bring it here because I want to know what you all think:

"I think Brad strangled Nancy while she was preparing to go jogging...in the course of doing so...she released anything in her bladder and bowels (consistent with strangulation) in the house and that's why Brad had to clean up. As for buying bleach and cleaning up blood...we've never seen any evidence that he actually bought bleach and so the fact that there was no blood is not surprising. Urine and feces would create a noticeable smell in the home and that's why I think Brad had to get busy cleaning so early in the morning.

Also, he probably took her clothes off from the waist down in order to clean her up and prevent tracking/trailing urine and feces through the house when he carried her to the car and put her in the trunk.

It would be interesting to know if they can determine if she was actually killed at the crime scene or just dumped there. My inclination is that she was killed in the home and dumped at the construction site."

I also think this seems a reasonable thought, given current knowns.
[ Hey, those GOLO folks are pretty sleuthy themselves!... What with this theory, plus the several hour advance scoop on the ME report coming out... Thanks for continuing to monitor that jmflu... ]

I read that, I do wish her family had planned better. They probably feared for their safety though.

I hope the girls get to stay with them until the case is over. They don't need to be at the center of the media craziness.

Stating the obvious- It is a ploy to make himself look better, and I don't like children being used as ploys.

Affidavit after affidavit, typed statement after typed statement,................YET, he's too much of a coward to appear in person in a court hearing he's directly involved in.:chicken:

IF his attorneys think these make him look any better, forgetaboutit. I doubt the judge is buyin' it. :waitasec:I know I'm not.:bang:

"Bella and Katie would not have gone through that trauma if ....."

Actually the girls would not have gone through ANY trauma if their mother hadn't been strangled/asphyxiated and her body left on Brittaby Ln. to rot like garbage.

JMO - the children have been used as ploys for quite some time - otherwise no need to steal their passports...

MOM!! You totally missed it being said in DD's blog about two people in their circle having had affairs of late? MOM!! You gave the link to DDs Ar2mis blog, and there are responses to her last one on there where she says it. Ha ha. (Or are you being sarcastic? I can't tell. Anyway, it's there.)

Don't be a stranger.:)

Actually I am not being sarcastic even though I am at times.
I totally missed it. I'm happy you pointed it out or I would have missed it totally.

Carefully scripted answers to questions no one is asking, and the ability to toss something out there and not be questioned makes the "statements" the safe way for him to go.

Paper and words you can control - a client that's this arrogant - you can't.

I believe these affidavits are geared as much for any future murder trial as they are for the custody situation. Because let's face it: if he is brought to trial, he will not testify.

I'm watching the Durham WTVD news right now. What are they talking about, mentioning a name of BC's friend, Mike Hiller? I looked up Michael Hiller who lives on Strathburg , near BC in Lochmere. I missed what they were trying to say on the news. Did anyone get that?

They said Mike Hiller, Brad's tennis buddy, said in his affidavit "Police officers used 'good-cop bad-cop' tactics and tried to coerce me to admit that I made calls on Nancy's cell phone to help Brad establish an 'alibi'."

WOW!!! :shocked2:
Did he say when the coercion attempts occurred? (ie, recently... or... ?)

Not sure I've seen the Hiller affidavit, so that one must be recently submitted related to the custody case.
We have wondered what the tennis partner (assuming he was the one BC was scheduled to play tennis with on the Saturday...)
might have to say about BC's "state of mind" as he postponed, and ultimately cancelled the tennis. [ ie, did he sound irked/worried/etc ]

Side note: If indeed BC postponed, and ultimately canceled the tennis (meanwhile knowing he would have no chance to attend it), that was fairly clever thinking too (vs just canceling it outright to begin with...)
