Isn't it incredible that there was no privacy law protecting those videos? It just amazes me we are now privvy to all that information.

For a board that dissects every piece of information... several times over... this board is going to be very active dissecting all the information we learned from these videos tonight!!! (I don't even see Mom on here but when she gets up and sees the videos, she'll probably be about 10 pages of comments behind by then...)

Yes, and he says he took the girls in to see if Nancy had been in with her membership badge, checked with the "female attendant," who said Nancy had not been in, then he left...

So... I wonder if Mom did end up talking with LE about what she was told the conversation was... and if he actually asked the female attendant to scan NC's card... because that right there is going to prove very important. AND, if they by chance have video running right there at the entrance that has SOUND...

I almost feel sorry for him. It's been rather easy to put all the pieces together to come up with his guilt, but as one sits there and listens to him... as he says he was thinking since Nancy didn't come back at 9:30 maybe she was punishing him for not cleaning, so he starts cleaning the floors, to try to make her happy as best he could... it's just so sad.

Did you note at about 5:20 into this segment the lawyer asked if he made any calls and he said he was busy driving and didn't enter any digits into "her" cell phone - but corrected it to say his phone ?

Did you note at about 5:20 into this segment the lawyer asked if he made any calls and he said he was busy driving and didn't enter any digits into "her" cell phone - but corrected it to say his phone ?

It is interesting listening to him. I recall his big whig out saying that Nancy's family asked for some items of Nancy's and he was afraid they were going to use them to trick the girls into believing Krista was Nancy but yet in this deposition he states that he asked them if they wanted any of Nancy's personal effects, not that they asked for anything - hmmmmmm.
