I am getting a very eerie feeling that this was more premeditated than anyone ever imagined.

Cleaning the garage, phone calls from either home or cell, the relative lack of wounds on the body, the trips to the store, his personality, his mother continuing to stay there, his apparent change of heart about Nancy leaving when he found out how much he'd be paying in support and alimony, his telling of friends that he was cutting back on work and ironman to spend more time with his family / work on his marriage (supposedly private guys don't go around saying stuff like that....they just say things are crazy at work)

I think this is far more sinister as each little bit of evidence comes to light. And yes - this is evidence - first hand testimony of a fight in the freaking parking lot of daycare (nice), and a sudden interest in cleaning out the garage....

RNC - are we sure the garage was cleaned ? We know he told LE he spent 4 hours cleaning the house but I'm not sure that also means the garage.

Dang SG..jump me on all fours! All I am saying is he has been there 8 years, had an affair with the bosses wife as someone put in their affidavit. True or not, I don't know.

We don't know if he had any friends there or not, but where ever I have worked I have been friends with some and we would eat lunch together and chit chat. In that chit chat personal mentions do have a way to surface.

Sorry Mom...it's true he might have confided in some friends who also happened to work at CSCO. Wasn't SH involved with CSCO or at least affiliated with them? So there's one.

Was the entire video made public or just the "released video image still?" That's how WRAL has it labeled.

I swear that there is some mention of the sedan being in the garage in something - and if someone had to move a body - you sure as heck wouldn't want to try to load it in the trunk in the front yard.

Pest control guy said that there was no way a car could get in the garage as of 7/8/08 - that only leaves 4 days for the big sweep.

His affi obviously means something.

Edit - if for nothing else than to let Brad know that parking in the garage was a VERY recent change.....

You are probably right - still interesting that they released anything at all re: the video.....

Maybe we need to keep an eye on the K & B website - maybe they will post parts of it, you know the parts that make Brad look good

Cary Police Chief Pat Bazemore released a statement this afternoon which said Daniels' sworn statement stands on its own.

"As I stated early on in our investigation into Nancy's murder, the custody issue between Nancy's family and Brad is a private civil matter," Bazemore said in the release. "That said, and while I won't comment on the specifics, I will say that Detective Daniels has been able to meet the civil attorneys' requests for information without jeopardizing our murder investigation which continues to be going very well ... "

I'm sure if her father advised to contact Interact, it was not in an attempt to manipulate the situation to NC's advantage, unless what she had to tell them was the TRUTH and it was more for a documentation standpoint. Maybe that's what you meant to say but it sounded like you were saying they contacted Interact as a ploy.

I didn't put that very well. I don't think it was a ploy. If any kind of abuse was going on, it would have been a very good thing to tell someone officially who could support you and advise you. Plus her father strikes me as someone with a good heart and sound judgement. He certainly knows his daughter. Even if she were prone to exaggeration, I think he would have talked it all out and been convinced that it was for real. Plus I'd just like to say that there are so many types of abuse that are more subtle and the victim feels like no one will understand what it's really like. I imagine she felt like a prisoner under his control. Sure, she could get sympathy from her friends and go to their houses, but he controlled the big stuff.

And thanks for asking me in such a nice way to clarify. I appreciate that.

Wow! I don't say stuff like this too often but he looks like a guilty man. Those high paid lawyers should have taught him better than that. That deposition makes him look like an insecure man who is cracking.

Of course! You didn't sound in any way like you were trying to be a jerk, why would I? LOL

He looked nervous to me, but I can't imagine that a deposition is a very comfortable environment, nor is it intended to be. Anyone recognize the voice of the female attorney asking questions? Southern born 'n bred for sure!

Has it been revealed before that BRAD called Jessica and Hannah first ??? I have to go back and read their affidavits, because I thought otherwise. A lot of things he just can't remember.....

Jessica says SHE called Brad !!! There is no mention that Brad called her first !
