Help me. What is this with the video "buffering"? I go through the videos, get to a really juicy part and it stops, then "buffering". I have only watched one entire video from start to finish.

I'm not commenting on the videos unless I have something different to say. You guys are saying it already.

I am kind of thinking he remembers a lot about those events and perhaps his real problem is he doesn't exactly remember what he testified to when he was called into court when SH took action against HM or there is a possibility HM has not been cooperative with him or K & B or Sandlin but perhaps has been willing to cooperate with Tharrington Smith.

Is it to be pawned, cleaned or to get an appraisal? But he stated 'heard', is the confusing part to me.

Maybe he is giving the jewelry back to the Rentzs. They might have taken it to a jeweler to be appraised? Maybe the Rentzs or Krista is going to pay Brad for the jewelry? However, a jeweler would never take that much time to appraise. I would want something appraised while I watched. Wouldn't want a sly one changing out the stone, etc.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this little tidbit, but I was laughing when Brad couldn't remember if he kissed Heather Metour in the closet sex scenario or not. You don't think he hasn't reviewed that scene in his mind a few times? I wish the video hadn't "buffered". I've met Heather. I can picture her in the closet with Brad, but can't figure why she would betray Nancy like that. Is that how Cisco people do things? (Have sexual affairs with bosses wife, with co-workers, then walk around like it was just like killing another fly on the wall?). Yeah, I know. I'm not speaking for all Cisco workers.

I've listened to several tapes and then gone and read the affidavits from Nancy's friends.

Hannah Prichard states that Nancy would have to take taxis to the hospital while suffering the miscarriages because Brad was too busy to come home and Nancy had no car.


In his taped disposition, ' to the best of his recollection' he left work, and drove Nancy to the doctor's. He certainly has a selective memory, doesn't he ? With him using.. to the best of my recollection.. he can always state, no matter what turns up, that at the time he made the disposition, that is all he could remember.

And he sure didn't sound believable when he said, "I believe" it would have been WakeMed!!! Where else would they go?

I must be having a non-sleep hangover, but I thought the freudian slip was because of the cell phone being used and BC responded "HER" cell then corrected it very quickly.

Yes Brad did say Nancy wore 2 sports bras while running. I believe the objections are to document that they don't like the questions but accept that they must answer the question. As to if this will be allowed in at a criminal trial - that's probably 50 - 50. I'm sure K & B will motion to exclude anything relating to the civil case if Brad is charged with Nancy's murder.

IIRC the miscarriages were between the 2 girls birth...he knows where she delivered Bella. "I believe" crap shows his ignorance.

I think NCN was just joking about it since I asked someone if they had heard of Freud after they questioned my seriousness about noting the use of "her cell". Just a joke since Freud is wrapped in sexual innuendo.

RKAB: do you know anything about the car accident that Brad had in 1999, or whenever Jill Dean's affidavit said he did? If so, can you tell us about it?

I wonder if maybe someone was killed due to that accident, which could have led to his depressive/suicidal issues. OR, maybe he had a head injury which can really alter your senses for a while. I wonder if you could fill us in, or maybe you have "people" who can let you know. It's always nice to have "people".

No, I actually don't know anything about this accident. In '99, neither Brad nor I were still in Medicine Hat. He kept very little contact with people from home once he hit Calgary for University but I will ask around. The accident must have occured in or around Calgary.

Had this accident been serious enough to cause a head injury, I'm sure his lawyers would be acting on getting some type of medical opinion introduced. Had it been a fatality accident, I think it would have been introduced already as some way to show recklessness or something by the grandparents because he was more than willing to throw it out there that Mrs. Rentz had had numerous accidents. A serious car accident on his part would definately have been more ammunition for the grandparents.

If the accident totalled his precious car, and with his cars usually being a sort of status symbol for him, I think he would deem it to be a huge failure on his part. It could be depressive for him if he had to buy a "lesser" car after the accident, whether it be due to financial issues or insurance issues. If you have an accident up here in Alberta and you're at fault, particularly a male under 30, depending on the circumstances and charges, you can expect your insurance to almost double. Someone in that circumstance wanting to drive a sports car after an at-fault accident could expect to pay upwards of $3000/ year for insurance. Not being able to afford that may have deeply upset him. And I'm not saying that's what happened but that's the only reason that I could see.

I will keep my ears open to the hometown gossip and see if anyone comes up with anything.

Thanks! I have not seen all the video's. I thought one of her friends stated in their affidavits it was in between the girls.
So he treated her this way before the girls were born? Interesting.
