I still believe Interact may have been the catalyst of why the judge granted emergency custody so quickly.

I think there is a good possibility that is true. Think about Interact when reading the judge's findings, while keeping Ms JWB's affidavit in mind - seems like it would indeed be sufficient grounds to remove children. I have always wondered about the nose problem Bella had that Brad blamed on I believe DD's little boy. Have wondered about that for a while.

Wow - just wow.

SOMETHING was empowering Nancy. based on the folks we have that know Brad and understand how he is in a relationship and when one ends, SOMETHING was giving Nancy hope and strength enough to poke back at him, to fight for what she was entitled to, etc. SOMETHING gave her ton confidence that she could handle this situation with separating from Brad and dealing with his emotions, etc.

I wish we knew when that going away party was.... something happened after that, I think.

I wonder if K&B are wishing they had done a little more research on their client before taking him on...:online::HBwhiteflag:

I have heard that it does take a long time for that process.

Especially when one does not want to help another gain their freedom. He had Nancy in a box without the green card - he wasn't IMO about to check on it or encourage CISCO to help get it done.

LOL NCMom! As long as his check doesn't bounce they're happy to take him on. :snake:

Poor Nancy is permanently in a box now. :blue: :yellow:

Thanks for the link SG :

Steve Mansbury, an attorney for Nancy Cooper's family, called the motion "frivolous."

"It's clear they know what this case is about," Mansbury said. "We are going to try and prove that Brad Cooper was involved in the murder of Nancy Cooper.

No doubts now how TS will approach this case.

Where are all our 'fence sitters' today?

I'd love to be a fly on the wall at K&B office right about now!

Where are all our 'fence sitters' today?

They're all on GOLO, spouting off hateful things!!!

Wish some of our sleuths would go on there and type up some intelligent things to combat those awful posts!!

Not me !

Mom - I think Line 10 of JWB's affidavit explains everything about BC that we need to know. Think about all those tax records, the shut down finance accounts, the issuance of a weekly budget, the murder, the custody case - all of it is explained in this one simple statement in my opinion.

I'm right here. I don't think Jennifer was lying in her affidavit. It doesn't mean that I'm off the fence with regards to the NC murder. I do find it odd that he lied about her last name.

You've got to be kidding. He was put in the same box with the green card that NC was. He would be unable to change jobs since Cisco is his sponsor. The process takes a very long time (years).

RC...I am meaning with JWB affidavit, going to the courthouse to dismiss the case, which got denied, everything piling up on them last minute. I bet they are all scratching their heads trying to come up with someone or something to help their sorry axx client.

If each of BC attorney's dug their heels in right this second they can't find a witness or enough information to undo the damage this new affidavit by Jennifer just caused them.

It's not worth going to GOLO....

However, I think that GOLO is more representative of folks that would be potential jurors than this group and that is why we should be patient while the WC DA gathers all the evidence that they can - because that demographic is going to be a hard sell without an eye witness.....

Why are they more representative? Because they don't believe Brad is guilty and we do? If any of them cared to read more than just the one story they are commenting on, they might put 2 and 2 together like many of us on this board have done and be of the persuasion that BC is guilty! Not that many of us have the concrete evidence needed at this point but I believe it is on the way...

Why would anyone here want to waste their time talking to people who don't even have a basic working knowledge of the case, the legal system, or common sense?

Perhaps off getting those splinters removed from their :behind:s! Fence sitting can get to be a tad uncomfortable over time.
