I've been playing the "Town of Cary" links in a loop, so maybe the system is overloaded, but the direct link should work.

Otherwise, Jessica's call is more than six minutes, so it's hard to do a transcript.

Basically, she cooks Brad from the get-go; "I don't know if he'd do something to her". It's out of character for her to blow me off. "I don't know if he's been violent with her in the past", but I'm scared that he's harmed her. "They're going through a messy divorce"; I don't believe him, when he says that she went running, she might have because she's a runner, but I'm not sure that I believe him.

I've been lurking and reading for a couple of days. There are some great discussions on here. Many of which are (of course) speculation. because LE has not shared very many facts.

I have seen speculation that someone named Heather may have been involved with BC in an extramarital capacity.

Now, this person may be nervous or strange or whatever, but her body language and expressions really don't match the words coming out of her mouth. I usually interpret that to mean someone is being misleading.

Does anyone know this person? Locals?

Jessica certainly sounded distressed in that call. Her comments about the car being at home with the cell phone in it tends to support the comments by Nancy's father that she normally drove to the coffee shop before running. Seems Jessica was also aware of that - otherwise there is no need for her to be worried by the car being at the home.

He has known her for several years - I think around 4 years. I can't reveal how he knows her but someone here has already pegged most of it. I can say they all have a Cisco connection.

ETA - Heather Benicek has nothing to do with Cisco. She has no relationship with anyone working at or was she a past employee of Cisco. Again you can chose to believe me or not.

Which would go a long way into explaining why, if it is true, that Cisco has issued the order that employees are not to talk to anyone about Brad Cooper. Don't know if that is true but it seems likely - Chart One did the same in December 2006 with respect to JY.

As for Heather B acting oddly in the interviews I can't help but wonder if it because she KNEW Brad was having an affair and she knew she could possibly be confused and accused since his "tart"'s name was also Heather.

Yes I do recall that happening at Chart One. I really don't know about Cisco. If true it must be tough on the gossipers there LOL. I'll be the spouses of those Cisco employees get an earfull every evening. LOL

I believe in innocent till proven guilty. I guess my big hang up is if these anonymous tips were in fact true he would all ready be arrested. They don't have to wait 6 months to arrest him if they are in fact making a case for the supreme court as someone was suggesting.

It sure would be easy to set up a husband of killing his wife if this many people are so quick to judge. Again I am not by any means trying to say he is innocent. Just saying we know so little we cant even begin to make logical sense of it all.

Curious about the foot traffic through the area were Nancy was found. From reports it was a gentleman walking a dog who found Nancy three days after she went missing and during one of the WRAL videos there was a gentleman running through the area in the background. I take it from your comments that vehicular traffic is most likely limited due to the undeveloped nature of the area - is that correct ? Would most of the traffic be construction related ?

Anyone can get there, but it's quiet far from the main street. The person who found her probably was from the same subdivision. The subdivision has several houses already and there are a few lots for sale, but that particular cul de sac where she was found there are not lots for sale because they haven't received a permit yet. I own a lot very close to the place were NC was found and I have never been there until I saw the news. Only construction people or people that own lots nearby.

One thing to keep in mind about an arrest - once an arrest warrant is issued by the Grand Jury and the suspect is arrested, LE is obliged to turn over to suspect's lawyer any and all evidence in the form of discovery. It is normal for the DA to hold off on going to a GJ until they feel pretty confident about the case. This would include forensic evidence et al. There was a link that SBI now says they can turn forensics in 60 days. I don't think an arrest will occur much before that time period.

Ask yourself how difficult is it for Grandparents to file for and actually gain custody of a man's children especially in a state, NC, where Grandparents have zero rights ? Lawyers will tell you that alone is very difficult to do and does not happen very often. There is something that moved a District Court Judge to do so. As to logic - murder itself has no logic.

Oh you aren't upsetting me. All I am posting for "FACT" is that it is not Heather B that BC was having a fling with. I'm trying to CLEAR UP false rumors. I do know that the affair is with a person named Heather just not Heather B. I feel bad for her and upset by people who keep accusing her of the affair. Did you ever stop to think about MAYBE I AM Heather B??? Or MAYBE I'm Heather B's family member?? As for the Cisco connection, that was revealed here by some one other than me. All I did was admitted that I too knew about the Cisco connection.

In my opinion the fact that Brad was having an affair does not make him a murderer. Nor does all the "rumors" you keep posting about. The fact that he didn't report her missing himself much earlier than Jessica did, and the fact that (it has been testified to) he was having an affair sure does raise my hinky meter way on up there!!!

Last I saw that was temporary custody not full custody.
