Wow! What a relief today must be for the Rentz's. BC recognizing it is in the best interest of the girls to let them have permanent custody is unbelievable. I guess he has lots of time to think. Hopefully now maybe, the Rentz's can get some semblance of "normalcy" back in their lives. (Whatever that may be for them without their daughter.)

According to ABC11 (WTVD), Nancy Cooper's parents and sister filed a motion late today objecting to Brad Cooper's request to delay the custody trial until after his criminal trial is over. The custody case is set to be heard June 1st.

Here's the Order.

What a wonderful relief for the family. and I'm sure mounds of stress will dissipate. Phew and Hurrah!

Star,

Does this mean it is done and there won't be a hearing on June 1st? If so, that's great news!
