. . . . . ha! like . . . This whole motion hearing thing is a Waste . . . A Huge Waste.

I have my man JB on it to sort the mess out and I simply don't have time to deal with it. I cannot be in court when I have more important things to do in jail, such as listen to my radio and be prepared to eat the next snack!!!!

Don't bother me until you throw this whole ridiculous thing out and let me go home.

<valley girl intonation> Like, seriously? *harsh intake* What a whim!

Imagining above, needs pscyh to observe and interpret.

Srsly, I did think she was worried or concerned for a bit. (3 or 4 seconds when attys mentioned remains, duct tape, finger prints. (The TonE mention really did get her sighing...)

But whatever, it was good to see her in court. Why? Keeps on giving us an idea of her, via demeanor, voice, etc.

That;s an understatement! He kept saying the trial was in March, and the SA said there is no trial date set. Then he says well, then it was a prliminary hearing in marchm or something. I think he has little to no clue how real world murder cases of this magnitude work.

That was priceless... He said March pre-trial hearing, SA said no. He said yeah, she said no. He shrugged and giggled....

There ya go...

I believe that is what they really want. I would almost bet good money that there was "absolutely" nothing done as far as an autopsy by Dr. Lee on the bones.

First of all Lee is really not qualified, that takes a forensic anthropologist. Baez said it was not done; Lee said it was done weeks ago - SO......I don't think it was done (they can't get their stories straight) and it is not going to be done.

They are stalling for the other reports.

Dr. Lee didn't do it. It was Dr. S, who was a former ME I believe. Like Dr. G probably had a FA oversee her work, maybe Reichs was in on their autopsy, or some other expert.

You betcha, both stories are in line. Lifetime runs all three genres: victim, perp, family who did not know but strong....stories.

Example of a crossover, is the Rage of Betty Broderick (sp) that the channel did in two parts. A really great acting job by Bridgette Birney Baxter (sp). Classic.

I don't watch many Lifetime movies anymore as I got sick and tired of the woman always being a victim. It's like in a movie that has a woman running for her life and a man chasing her and as sure as the sun is gonna rise that woman is gonna fall down, that is just about how I feel about Lifetime movies, so I quit watching them. Maybe Lifetime has changed. The actress Meredith Baxter Birney ?

Are you talking about yourself in the first paragraph

And from what I saw portrayed in Mommie Dearest Joan Crawford never looked lovingly at her adopted children at all.

I do , and always have that the photos of Casey and Caylee were not faked. There was way to many of them...

I have been diagnosed with and am being treated for PTSD.

Pictures mean nothing.

Some of the most intense and closest (honeymoon) relationship periods can follow the worst abuse. Almost every mother who killed her child and also has a myspace page says her child is the most important thing in her life and lists herself as a "proud parent". They always have lots of loving pics and videos too.

Look up Penny Boudreau (killed her 12 yr.old), Amanda Lewis (drowned her 7 yr. old), Kristin Phillips (killed two kids, one by starvation), Emily Castro (slit her 11 mo. old daughter's throat), Johanna Vera (put rat poison in her kid's bottles), Susan Eubanks (shot her three sons in the head) and Nicole Diar. Nicole changed the locks on her house, locked her son in the house and set her it on fire.

The night of Jacob’s funeral, Nicole and her family went to the neighborhood bar. They drank, sang karaoke and line danced. She reminded the bartender, that she had buried her son earlier in the day.

Can they test the hair samples for Chloform???? (Fingers Crossed) I hope, I hope, I hope!!!

This is my hope too. If I understand the science right, the layers of the hair as it grows retains any drug that is introduced to ones system and retains it. But I am not sure about chlorform, since it may evaprorate or be processed by the system quicker than say weed or other controlled substances.

I can't find anything on that, and as of last week they were trying to get the ME to let them use her facilities and she said no. There are a lot of colleges around there who might have the labs to do it though. There really is NO autopsy on bones. Only x-rays. pictures and observations.

But I thought I heard Baez say today in the motion hearings that it had not been done. Or am I hearing things?

Don't know, but did notice he no longer has a wedding ring on.

Maybe Casey will be a June bride afterall. Dreams can come true. So it's a jailhouse wedding, work with it!

Well if he was sporting a ring at the get go and not now...that speaks volumes to me.

Yeah, that was my point. He's been dumb all along.

JB isn't dumb - he's just in over his head - he's not a practicing murder trial lawyer

I'm sure JB understands DUI arrests and theft arrests - I"m sure he would be wonderful for Casey and her theft arrests - murder trial, not so much

I think it would depend on how long and how much had been used. I would bet they are much more worried about things like Valium, Xanex, Librium, sleeping meds, etc. Those would show up and they also could tell how long they had been used on her. It is no coincidence they cleaned out the Anthony's medicine cabinet and took pictures.

I don't know...I really think Casey is behind the burial hold up. This is the last bit of control she has and she doesn't want to give it up. Also there is an obvious split with her, GA, CA and maybe even LA...this is her way of sticking it to them. JB knows it looks bad, but sure isn't going to come out and say "Casey wants to torture everyone awhile longer, so she hasn't agreed to the burial yet." so he's making up other ridiculous excuses. .

He told the judge during the discussion about the secure website that DrL will be in Orlando the end of Jan for a three day seminar and he would be available to view the remains then and compare the SA photos with the remains. JB stated something to the fact that the website could be ready by then and during this conversation the judge agreed.

Did you check out the botched eyebrow job? Looks like she has half a brow on the camera side.

I laughed when I saw that. I can't wait to see her interviewed in 20+ years...(still claiming innocence, of course) wonder how much of a trainwreck she will be then.

My money is on Zannex...so readily available to the young folk these days...pill form and "Zanny bars"

Think the judge could order burial arrangements be made???

I heard it on NG last night. She asked Dr Lee about it, and he said to ask Dr S, he wasn't given any info yet.
