Thats what they said in court, but the judge wanted her to tell him that herself

The judge did remind her earlier today that she has to submit a request to waive her appearance each time she is supposed to appear and that just because she requests a waiver does not mean it will be granted.

I can't understand why she doesn't want to be in the courtroom ~ she's locked up in her cell practically all the time and I'd think she'd want to get out and be with JB. :waitasec: MOO

She looks a little heavier. Not afraid to say her name loud and clear. Certainly not afraid to look at the judge, and she is blinking a lot.

I think she just wants to hide in her shell & not have to face the world because everyone knows what she did.
