No - before this "bombshell" JH was told by DC where to look (or where she was) on Nov. 15

Yep - it sure looks that way now don't it?

How long and EXACTLY WHEN did JH and/or DC know where Caylee was?

This twist is becoming more obscure every day!!!!!!!

I know. Tomorrow night we'll find out what the MR said about the location on Nov. 1. Then we'll find out about what Kio said about it on October 25...

Thank God she is guilty...Can you imagine an innocent mother having to sit thru questions about your child's autopsy?

Yeah, remember the comparisons by some media outlets that she looked like a "law student"? Puh-leez, what an insult to all the hard working, smart law students.

I do remember that ..
Fools ..

Are you talking about yourself in the first paragraph

And from what I saw portrayed in Mommie Dearest Joan Crawford never looked lovingly at her adopted children at all.

I do , and always have that the photos of Casey and Caylee were not faked. There was way to many of them...

There were a lot of pictures of Joan Crawford and the kids, but just like KC, they had her mug in them every time.

That was my first clue that she was not as she appeared because mothers who love their children snap a LOT of pictures of just the baby, and she had her face in all of them with Caylee, like she wanted to show off herself more than Caylee. (God rest her little soul)

When you look at the team of experts/buffoons that Baez has lined up for Casey's defense, I just don't see anything ineffective about him.
You're right ~ they'd all have to be "ineffective". MOO

I agree there was not enough time, they did not expect it. It'd be their first official appearance in public and on TV when they vowed to stay out of it until the funeral.

But, I do think that given they have not seen her since the indictment, with the news of Caylee's demise it'd be hard for the first eye contact to be in such a public forum.

It doesn't excuse why they don't go visit her in jail, if they still care -- they don't need to talk about secrets.

Baez won't let them see her, IIRC.

I would be throwing up, I would be so distraught. Court would not last long.

Oh for the love of God-You're right! Those glasses SCREAM "not guilty".:)

And they give her an "educated" look which she so desperately needs .. :D

The State mentioned that the ME uses a secure server to hold their pictures, etc. So someone in JB's office texted him during the recess and said why don't we set up the same type of server in our office? I guess they figure if it works for the ME it would work for them. JB said he is even willing to have the same company that set up the ME server set up theirs!

Money is no object -- right? Of course!!!!

i didn't notice this!

But, i thought his demeaner & manner of speaking changed once the defendant was in the room!

Honestly, I think KC would jump on him if given the green light. She's so alone. And she loves guys to love her. Now whether it's already happened or not.... I'm not gonna go there.

I can't remember where I heard it, but I heard it was tabled to see if they were going to be indicted. So yes, immunity would play into it because it would mean they were going to be around to deliver their end of the deal.

Now, why would be the question...but if they are in jail...where is Lifetime going to get all of their information to do the pieces they want? If indicted, a lot more will go as evidence then Lifetime will have to find someone else and another angle to get at the story plus the goods for the story. They don't want to lock into a deal that may walk into a courtroom and never come out. ;)

:D

:blowkiss:

just have Jose slip it into the jail and say; "here's a message from wsleuths, regarding your appearance in court today".
:p

I don't think they mentioned burial/cremation. My cynical side says the A's will choose cremation to destroy possible evidence.
Or, they may choose it so no one can exhume her once she is finally put to rest.

No, no I know that she did I should have added that signing the rights of Caylee over to jose was a sort of slap in the face to her parent's.

I doubt jose will schedule or pay for a funeral and if casey's intentions are to keep Caylee right where she is until the cows come home he will honor that request and I think that is a direct insult to her family and well to lessor degree the public who have come to love her child and who want her buried.

So are you saying that . . . payback is a "spiteful beotch"?

[aka KC]

Maybe Lifetime was interested in the story from the viewpoint of the grieving grandmother who bravely went against the system because she thought her granddaughter was alive. (But was duped by her manipulative daughter?)

If Cindy gets charged with OJ she loses her sypathetic grandmother status and becomes another perp. That isn't a good Lifetime "woman overcoming odds" story.

IMO
