Has anyone addressed the issue that the Defense already took their own photos of the examination of the remains 2 weeks ago? Are those protected?

Yeppers, JB did and he told the court he would not disseminate them and doesn't want them to appear in public as much as the SA doesn't want them to show up on some magazine cover at Publix.

So the court order covers the defense photos as well as the 800+ SA photos.

ETA: I just feel a tad bit snary: I think the judge should have added this little diddy in addition to the above order.

I hereby order that one 8x10 photo of Caylee Marie Anthony taken prior to June 15, 2008 and one 8x10 photo of the remains of Caylee Marie Anthony taken Dec 11, 2008 be permanently installed in each and every cell Casey Marie Anthony occupies during her stay courtesy of the State of Florida.

Adding that when session was televised live, KC was observed to have taken in a breath at mention of "remains" and "duct tape / finger prints," then 3 breaths at mention of TonE.

I think someone who is astute and who has the means could be helpful in regard to first two incidents of intaken breaths or sighs vis a vis crime at hand via replays and stop frames. (TonE things are self explanatory. Boo hoo.)

Any takers?

There were a lot of pictures of Joan Crawford and the kids, but just like KC, they had her mug in them every time.

That was my first clue that she was not as she appeared because mothers who love their children snap a LOT of pictures of just the baby, and she had her face in all of them with Caylee, like she wanted to show off herself more than Caylee. (God rest her little soul)

You know I never thought of it that way - myself, I have a ton of pix of my girls, I'm very rarely in the pictures - it was either of them or my girls with grandparents, uncles, their friends, etc. And it's still that way, they are 20 and 17 and most my pix are of them with friends, pets, family

And Joan Crawford, the same with Bing Crosby (who also was a closet domineering parent) had the pix with their children, but that was the only for the cameras, behind the scenes were terror parents

Not saying Casey was like this - I just think that Caylee started to talk about things she shouldn't, she was starting to say no all the time and maybe even talking back (because Casey wasn't the one that deserved the respect it was Cindy that was the parental figure) and Casey decided enough of it plus Casey was jealous of the attention Caylee received from family and friends and when Tony didn't fawn all over Caylee, actually didn't want to be a father or a babysitter well then...... - and little Caylee was only acting/copying like her example

Frankly, I think some of the best insight we may have gotten into Casey's psyche occured during the infamous jailhouse family visits. (((( S H I V E R ))))

I'm surprised NG didn't make any comments about JB stating in court that he is responsible for the remains. She keeps asking why, why, why poor Caylee hasn't been laid to rest, but hasn't yet come to the conclusion that it's because Casey just wants to make everyone suffer longer? I think Casey loves having this control and since everyone with an ounce of sense has said there isn't any reason not go to go ahead with the burial (and I don't count Dr. Lee from last night, because he didn't make an ounce of sense) you'd think NG would have figured out the "why" by now.

Just a level, even playing field as the team kicker lines up for that little thing over the goal posts when the others cannot surmount the few yards in front of them past the line. A sports term, drums head, fingers, heads of kittehs.

Still, respect for the court would at least show JB to be an attorney who is a "man of the world" rather than some guy under AAAAAttorney in the ATT yellow pages.

OMG...I don't care you you are, that's funny right there...

We were saying that today when it was all happening - she's thinking how careless she was - and well your right the Tony thing, thats self explanatory, she wanted Tony more

I'd have my head on the desk... completely defeated by the burden of it all. And there's KC.. looking like she's waiting for a boring movie to end.

That's because we are real. I go through streaks of despair and agony and back to sleuthing and pizziness. I guess it's the normal way to grieve. And Caylee wasn't even mine. She sat there today, blank stare, a chin quiver when the word "remains" was mentioned, a hard swallow when "duct tape" was mentioned, and then a smile and nod at the end. I would have been a total wreck...

Yes JB filed the waiver - just today for today's hearing - it has to be before the hearing to be processed - JB has a habit of doing things a bit late - like this

off topic:
I wish KC could see your avatar. Especially today.

Oh wow, never thought of the defense already has their own photos etc........and of course funeral director...........so many others.

KC is an evil spiteful beach.......IMO, I think she feels this will be over soon and she will be out. It's all some game to kc.:furious: IMO kc is happy NOT seeing her family..............

IMHO this has never been the "Lifetime" type movie. Your evaluation is right on !

You betcha, both stories are in line. Lifetime runs all three genres: victim, perp, family who did not know but strong....stories.

Example of a crossover, is the Rage of Betty Broderick (sp) that the channel did in two parts. A really great acting job by Bridgette Birney Baxter (sp). Classic.

It's curious to me why LP thinks this chloroforming thing was an accident - as NG keeps trying to say, what about the computer searches? Does he mean KC just didn't intend it to happen this way, maybe she intended to break her neck, and this was an accident? Doesn't seem logical to me.

Also, why does The OCSO believe KC dumped the body right away, in the first day or two? Would the car still reek like it did, by this theory? LP seems more accurate to me about this, believing the disposal of the body to be a week later.

Am I missing something?

Casey in shackles! Casey sworn in to tell the whole truth! Casey smiling and holding up her hand (each finger a family member)! She looked totally ticked off to me, defiant. And a little smile for JB at the end! Ob-la-di, Ob-la-da, life goes on, yeah.

I believe she thinks she's going to get away with this.

NO! She's not! And the each finger a family member remark was priceless... Good to see ya back! (Haven't see you in a while...)

The sweet sound of shackles made my day...made me think of Oh Brother Where Art Thou, but made my day nonetheless...

She didn't have clean hair or time to put make-up on.

Her exes might see her on television.

She doesn't have shame for what she did. She was sullen because she has to hear about it. I think she feels the same way hearing people talk about what happened to Caylee as she did when Cindy harped to her about stealing credit cards.

But, that is not because of guilt. I think she feels defensive and criticized. Believe me, in her mind she has justified all of it. She's mentally placed the blame elsewhere and she wants to be left alone about it.

IMO

I totally agree with you.

She appears to be trying to hide her annoyance about this inconvenient disruption in her life..... someone or something else is to blame. And JB has convinced her she won’t be convicted.
