LOL.....I missed the satanists part of that trial.....Did he really try to go there?

I doubt very much that KC will take any deal - I think she really believes that she's going to "beat" this...

But....I do believe LE would offer her LWOP in exchange for Caylee's remains

BOLDED BY ME

Oh my gosh, you didn't hear about the satanists in brown vans who had a pact to kidnap pregnant women to sacrifice on Christmas? One thing I learned from Geragos during that trial, all people who drive vans are murderers and people who drive BROWN vans are murdering satanists. *shudder*

This is some what OT, but I had to take my son to court today (driving on suspended license in dec of 07) when they called him up the judge and prosecutor asked him why he missed his first court date and my son said he couldnt get off work so then they said you couldnt have called so then he said he was between jobs, the point im getting at is i was so disgusted at his lies that i spoke up and i just told the judge the truth. I couldnt stand to hear the bs lies he was giving and he was making himself look so dumb and the courts werent buying any of it. but i just could not stand the lies and excuses he was giving just like casey is doing so i stopped him dead in his tracks.. by the way my son is 19 so this is a little OT but not totally.

Good... good for you!! My mom made up my lies for me- called in to school, work, court, probation or wherever for me. Don't do it. Do not! It has nothing to do with love and it teaches them nothing but how to lie and manipulate to get by in this world. (I don't think it's off topic at all because IMO her parents doing things like this had a big hand in leading Casey to be who and what she now is.

You did the right thing, mom! :blowkiss:

  • #363
Yes...you can leave now... I would invite you to keep searching but, with the way this thing is unfolding, anything you may find could cause irreversible harm to my daughter's reputation... she is in such a terrible state at the moment... gah gah gah!!!
:furious::furious::furious::furious::furious::furious:

That behavior would make MOST of us QUITE determined to stay!

This is a tough question....for me it is anyway

If you had the choice of having Casey put to death & Caylee "Never" being found or Casey spending life in prison & telling LE where Caylee's remains are ao she can recieve a proper burial which would you choose?

I would go with life in prison & giving Caylee a proper burial

You know it is hard. I also want to see Caylee brought home & given the proper burial. But I also know it is just her little body out there, not her soul. Her soul is in heaven. You see it in the blue sky, the stars at night. I think God just cries at man's inhumanity. I happen to believe Caylee's body will be found, but either way, I believe people like Casey should be punished by death. It is not my place nor the court's to have mercy on Casey's soul. A child is a beautiful gift from God, so innocent, so pure & should be loved, guided & cherished. Casey took the life of someone who could not defend herself. Caylee counted on all those around her to love & protect her. I still have decided if the DP is supposed to be a deterrent or a punishmen. For some I guess it's neither........my daughter, a law student & I debate this often:) In the past we were foster parents to many abused children. I just don't get how anyone can harm a child. So yeah, because I know in my heart Caylee is in heaven, I would still opt to give Casey the DP. Maybe her choice should be the needle ( pretty kind in my book ) IF she tells them where Casey is OR the chair ( not the way I would want to go ) if she doesn't tell.

regarding the "fake kidnapping" theory involving chloroform, going along those same lines there's also the possibility of a failed suicide attempt, i.e. thinking chloroform would be a painless way to go to eternity along with her child. Or what if someone else used chloroform on the two of them and only KC survived. Or if KC was using it recreationally and Caylee got hold of it. Or that chloroform was in the trunk for other reason (drug manufacture, etc), there was a spill, child was riding in car seat in the back near the spill, etc. Or what if someone did attack KC with chloroform to get Caylee, she woke up and Caylee was gone.... etc

Any normal, loving mother would have immediately called police if any of those things happened, don't you think?

I think the only deal that may be offered is "Death vs. Life"

Tell us where Caylee's remains are & we will not seek the Death Penalty

Do you remember the case were the DA had a deal like that on the table & the defendant was considering it but before he accepted it LE found the remains of the victim & pulled the deal ?

I think it was a case involvinig a man who snuck into his neighbors house & kidnapped & murdered a little girl

Seven-year-old Danielle Van Dam's killer, David Westerfield, was negotiating a plea bargain when they found the little girl's body. San Diego case. IIRC, he was working a deal to take them to the body and get LWOP instead of DP. He lives near Scott Peterson now -- San Quentin. I followed that case very closely and the entomology stuff was just heartbreaking.

Seagull, I know this wasn't addressed to me but I have to ask, how is it that you believe Casey could be wrong about who took her? She seems to be adamant that "the nanny" took her. Unless I missed something I have never heard of Casey saying anything other than that. Where it happened has changed in her story, but not who.

No, you're right, she has always insisted that this particular nanny has, or at least took, Caylee. If KC really believes this nanny has the child, (it's possible), I have wondered if she actually saw the nanny take possession of Caylee or if she just believes that happened because she dropped the child off there but didn't actually watch until the nanny had Caylee. Or even if she had actually left the child with other friends or acquaintances, something happened during their watch, Caylee got lost or wandered off, they found out somehow that woman had been there, thought she took Caylee...or a tragic accident occurred while friends were watching Caylee, KC was afraid of incriminating them or herself or was afraid of facing her parents with that, concocted the nanny story...Or even that some friend or acquaintance harmed Caylee but convinced KC the nanny has her and she believed them and elaborated from there. I honestly don't know what happened, there are simply so many possible scenarios regarding the nanny. I do still think it's within the realm of possibility that somebody, even this particular nanny, acquaintance, whatever she really was, actually has Caylee.

I just checked TES website and it says they are going to North Carolina today but they will be "returning Florida in the very near future to continue our search for Caylee Anthony and Jennifer Kesse. Future dates will be scheduled and announcements made in local media and here on our website."

Good for you, Justme. That is called "Tough Love." You did the most loving and beneficial thing a parent could do for their child under those circumstances. I believe the best way to create and sustain a Sociopath is to enable their lies and not hold them accountable for their behavior.

What were the dates of the missing children's searches by the way?

I honestly can't see that much in it myself, thousands of people look at those sites and KC surfed tons, from what I understand. Interesting theory though, of course, and I can't rule anything out in this case completely.

Thousands of people DO search missing childrens sites...but only one that we know of has had evidence of death in the trunk of her car.

Did you guys take that to mean she gets two hours out of her cell? one for grooming..
and one for rec.. or a total of one? I want her out as little as possible.

Total of one. One for grooming OR the commissary.

Did you guys read the new PEOPLE?

JG seems convinced that Caylee died in an accident

He's quoted as saying that .....

"I don't believe KC would ever hurt Caylee on purpose"

"Sometimes Casey would go outside to use the phone & leave Caylee in the living room"

"Caylee would hang out in the living room while KC was in the computer room"

"Caylee had a habit of picking up rocks off the ground & putting them in her mouth"

"Caylee was drawn to the pool "

"If something did happen.....I almost believe that KC would take Caylee & put her somewhere & then tell herself a new story, a new reality of what happened"

Just thought I'd share these comments with you guys incase you missed them

Every single person interviewed said they knew she would never harm Caylee. She had a very normal, loving attachment to Caylee. That, coupled with the fact that she could leave her child with her parents anytime she wanted, is the reason I've never been able to buy that there was any motive to harm Caylee. Personally I think it's much more likely that an accident occurred, or that someone else harmed Caylee, or even that Caylee is out there alive still. I certainly pray she is.

Does anyone know if the trial will be televised? I want to see what the body of "evidence" turns out to be.

Then why the month of living it up, not telling anyone and not even being upset? Why decomp in the trunk of her car and in the back yard?

Cindy's been "ridiculed and prosecuted". Oh really, prosecuted?? Were you found guilty, Cindy? God, she needs to learn to speak correctly.

Prosecuted... THERE'S an idea!

The Satanists was a media leak from the defense. Laci was kidnapped so the Satanists could sacrifice her baby. You had to live in Modesto at the time to appreciate all the GARBAGE that Geragos and his crew spewed into the media. He stood on the courthouse steps daily with new theories for the media. It was interesting at best, and just showed how bizzare a defense can be.

Another thing in that trial was the number of witness sitings that allegedlyh were not followed up by the police. It's a bunch of lies - alleged sitings of her when Scott was still at home by people who didn't know Laci.

I take all sitings with a grain of salt since most sistings are by people who do NOT know the victim. Yet they are proclaimed to be acual sitings. Cindy doesw that on a daily basis. Yet no one has provided a drawing or a picture of the alleged kidnapper to LE for them to pursue. That is why the nanny is a phantom.

I could go along w/ the kidnapping theory BUT, how do you explain the decomp in the trunk?

Maybe KC was going to disappear to California. At that point, the decomp would prove Caylee was dead and the killed by the "kidnapper" leading to believe KC was dead too. Then assuming both KC and Caylee have been kidnapped & murdered; therefore, no need to look for a "live" KC.
:waitasec:

KC then lives happily ever after in California, Puerto Rico, or wherever she wanted to go while all her loved ones are looking for her dead body. JMHO.

I've heard all this before from JG, during an interview on TV maybe? It was when he said that Caylee always ran for the playhouse when she went outside which made no sense to me since he, supposedly, hadn't been at the Anthony home since before Caylee could walk.

I agree. I think she will deny deny deny until the day she dies.

BTW, Did you see my response back to you earlier?

When was she going to put this plan into effect? She couldn't do it after a month of hanging out with her friends without Caylee.

Rev. G. really annoys me. He never ever lets an opportunity go by without implying some blame against Cindy. What, he knew Casey about ten months. That's not long enough to really know anyone. She lied to his family and stole from his son during that time. Treated them worse than she did her "horrible" mother. If she'd had her way, his son's name would have been on the birth certificate and his cop paycheck would have been garnished for child support. He thinks it was an accident. What about Casey trying to get out of the debt and theft from her grandparents, from Cindy, from any future child support payments to Cindy, and be forever portrayed as a suffering searching mother of a missing child. I do agree that a kidnapping might have been planned though. A kidnapping with ransom of a child who is never found. The man has no clue about how she played him and seems to set herself up as a victim. I can't figure out why the media allows him to be speaking for this child. He's not her granddad and not even a relative or friend who knew Casey for years and years. He doesn't even seem to want true facts to come out or justice, only to blame Cindy for some weird reason.

I agree. I don't like him much myself.
