As said before by many sleuths on here: I think she got the chloroform idea from that joke picture of the man in wait to chloroform the woman. Curiousity grew, and expanded to researching the substance used in crimes to instantly put victims "to sleep." IMO, of course

I wonder if maybe she was using it to get high herself too? I did research chloroform and found that in the old days some people had become addicted to the dangerous gas because of the feeling of warmth and vivid dream like state. I have heard of people sniffing freeon from A/C's to get high, is it possible that kids have found this stuff too as a cheap way to get high? Then she may have given it to Caylee because it was already made up? I don't know just throwing that theory out there.

exactly, it's not like the whole world set out to terrorize this family. i don't even know what to think anymore, every major player in this case is off their rocker. it's like one of those stupid reality shows where they put a bunch of whack jobs in one house and let the cameras roll.

I spent some time the other day when I was bored just trying to figure out what all and who all would be involved to make all Cindy's claims be true, and it was like ???????

They will not release everything they have as some is kept for trial. I don't know how they decide what is held back and what is released. Does the defense need to release their discovery once the prosecution has it as well?

This is assuming that (like most "normal," average people) it is LE that KC fears. I still believe KC could care less what LE thinks, if FL throws the book at her or even whether she gets the needle or the chair, so long as CA keeps buying into the fantasy and she can avoid admitting her mother was right all along about her being an unfit mother. JMHO

Re new theory mentioned on NG that following big blow up on June 15 KC tried to sedate Caylee and put her in trunk in order to stay overnight w TL (who, it's also alleged, told her only if she came without Caylee), why then would GA insist that he saw both of them before leaving for work the next day on June 16? I believe GA did see them both and still think they both returned to the house alive and well just prior to the flurry of calls KC made that day. Any ideas? JMO

I'm more curious how both KC and CA could have forgotten/mistaken the exact date their precious child/grandchild was last seen until "reminded" by LE with one of their own videos taken at the nursing home on the 15th, yet GA remembers "clearly" that Monday, June 16th was the day he last saw KC & Caylee right down to what they were wearing (very unusual for the men in my family).

If my child was missing, the second I realized it would be burnt into my memory forever. How could anyone be a week off? Doesn't sit right with me.

they said it again...they were running one of those previous show tapes when the were saying Bombshell and Breaking news or whatever...

that the trend among young people is to chloroform their kids so they can go party...

wtf???? there would be dead kids all over the place!!!! It is one of the coroners I think that said it.

I really doubt there is a "trend" of chloroforming children...I have heard benedryl before...but not Chloro, and xanax is expensive on the street I think...so I call BS.

I am going to research this....I don't want to hear 2nd degree murder or manslaughter in this case....that is NOT what happened. G0d, I always feel like such trash knowing this stuff- I so wish I could know answers & info on the lawyer or finance threads LOL!

Xanax isn't too expensive on the streets- it goes for about $2-$15 a pill depending on the strength and the area you live in. The $15 are for the Xanax "bars" and "Pie's" (2-3 mgs pills that are "scored").
