Nancy Grace -10/3/08 - Friday

tony said " she actually, um. used to say that she didn't, that she was getting ready to NOT LIVE AT HER HOUSE ANYMORE WITH HRE CHILD.

so it could be taken that they are not going to live at the house.

Or that she was moving out without her child.

Moving out of her parents home and hinting to Tony to let her move in with Caylee.

Yes - "The PAVERS"

I'm sure that it's not a coincidence that George decided to put down pavers on the 4th.

Either Casey took 1 or GA put them down to cover the fact that a hole was dug in the yard.

If Casey buried Caylee in the yard for a short time the ground would be disturbed. The dirt would be loose instead of compacted.

Perhaps she stole a paver to use to sink the body.

Normally, I would agree with you, but considering GA was LE, he knows that a place which was previously searched would be the very best place.

And this family is not normal in anything.
If he was involved in disposing of her then they are not going to worry about returning her. As CA put it in the bond hearing, "There is NO evidence!".

I agree. I think it was the shock and the initial worry about being questioned by the police that made a lot of the people sound awfully weird.

I speak "young speak", I'm 22. And I have never said that I am getting ready to not live in my house. Even in the process of moving, I say that I am moving.

I guess he felt tongue tied not knowing what she was going to do next...she wasn;t exactly 'moving out' because she wasn't taking anything with her and she wasn't moving in with him and she had no home of her own....he could have said she was leaving home...but maybe he was confused since she was doing all cooking and cleaning for him...about where 'home' was. What verb is there to use?

I mean what was she going to do? Preparing to leave with no where to go...Tony didn't want to accept that responsibility of her moving in with him.

But you do say: "not-my-kids"....Whose kids are they?

Did she not think that was easily verifiable information? What's the big deal anyway...so a person that graduated from high school could not possibly neglect or murder his/her child?

I may be wrong on this, but I thought Casey attended graduation even though she didn't officially graduate. I.e., CA and others refer to Casey's "graduation", although she didn't technically end up with a diploma. Can anyone remember this or did I make this up? I tried to search for it and didn't find anything. Maybe it's just me remembering incorrectly.

Lime is very alkaline and is used to raise the ph of acid soil. I just did a quick search and found an article on gardening in Orlando that says soil there is clay and acid.

I have no idea whether it would make it difficult for cadaver dogs. Surely bodies covered in lime aren't unusual in criminal cases and the dogs have at least some ability to deal with lime, but I don't know.

I tried to search on that too and found nothing except something in Yahoo Answers and who knows if that person has any idea what they're talking about.

Lime would speed up the decomposition process wouldn't it? If it adjusts PH levels....

You are probably right. I forgot about her adamant remark about there is no evidence.

pride, it's pride and image.

It just furthers her lies. Besides Tony was going for his degree and he wanted a mate who had hers. he wanted a together woman who was working a classy job, taking care of her child and going to college. That impressed him. He didn't want a parasite who couldn't pass go.

She was a half credit short of getting her high school degree. Should have been easy to make that credit up in summer school. Her mother uses the word :'can't' as in Casey can't get her GED....the correct word is :"won't".

Without her high schookl diploma she certainly wasn't in college. This did a number on Tony. Next time he has a relationship that woman is going to go through a lot as he checks up on every move she makes. He is going to have some issues with trust. And also he is not working yet...it may be difficult for him to find a woman who can live up to the promise of all of Casey's lies.

It does not only make it difficult for cadaver dogs, but impossible in some cases, and yes I do know what I am talking about because I am in the process of training a cadaver dog right now. You can see him on my profile.

Well...You and I definitely see this one the same way. I believe that a suitcase and at least one paver are missing.

It never occurred to me that a paver might be missing! I bet that's what she needed the shovel for and that's why she only needed it for a short time! I think you're right! The use of the shovel has never made any sense to me until now.

I guess he's given up on the "dumpster theory"? Well, this time...I agree with him. I think she dumped her in lake, from a bridge...into alligator infested waters.

I totally agree with you...

She borrowed the shovel because they had locked the shed (per kc to neighbor) and she didnt have a key.

Im thinking Caylee was already in the trunk, and kc was going to bury her in the backyard. She layed Caylees body somewhere in the yard (reason for cadaver dog hits) then attempted to dig a hole. She probably decided it was going to be too difficult, so she put Caylee back in the trunk and took the shovel back. The neighbor said she didnt look dirty, and the shovel wasnt very dirty when she returned it.

That is what I always thought happened, too.

I've read about lime being used by murderers to cover odor before. If you google "how to get rid of decomposition odor" you get lime not chloroform. (http://forums2.gardenweb.com/forums/load/organic/msg0712045227640.html, http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20070721153733AAHnRYr)

(I am only bringing up the chloroform because of speculation that it was used to try to get rid of the smell.)

IMO

Put it in a garbage bag filled with lime, inside a plastic container, seal it well, bury it deep, pour concrete over it, place a storage building on it, then cover your back yard with lime. That will do it every time.

You forgot the suitcase (There was a mention of a missing suitcase in a early thread?) garbage bag filled with lime -->inside the suitcase-->inside plastic container-->seal it well-->bury it deep-->pour concrete over-->place storage building on it-->cover backyard with lime.

Lol

just re-watched the bond testimony of cindys... she clearly testified that upon caseys high school graduation, she went to work for universal...guess this lie was done in court... why cant they use this as leverage to get cindy to drill casey??

Oh...I have an answer for why CA testified that upon Casey's "high school graduation"...Casey told her parents that she was graduating and she made up some sort of lie like she was finally out and she didn't see the point of participating in a so called graduation ceremony, and mommy and daddy always giving in to what she wanted, went along with the princess and they were never the wiser.

how long was she in the land fill before they found her?

I believe it was about two years in the landfill. The murderer confessed and that's why LE searched. He had murdered yet another girl, went to Walmart in the middle of the night, purchased a piece of luggage with a credit card, and left a trail. After putting the last murder victim in the luggage she ended up at the dump where a city worker spotted the brand new luggage and decided to look at it.
