Yes - "The PAVERS"

I'm sure that it's not a coincidence that George decided to put down pavers on the 4th.

Either Casey took 1 or GA put them down to cover the fact that a hole was dug in the yard.

If Casey buried Caylee in the yard for a short time the ground would be disturbed. The dirt would be loose instead of compacted.
My hunch is that she used the shovel to pry up a paver. She needed a weight.

Defense attorney says prosecutors can't argue in court that KC cooked pasta and cleaned without care while Caylee was missing.

No, but with a smart prosecutor, imo, the jury will get the message themselves from the testimony of her former friends.
What does the same guy say about dancing the night away at Fusian?

lies don't prove murder, NG's guest says
Isn't that the standard answer - "lies don't prove murder." "an affair doesn't mean murder" Too bad both usually do

But I thought that the Crisp guy said that they were looking for an appartment for Tony and not for the two of them???

Yes, he did. However after seeing how manipulative and cunning Casey is, I think it was her plan to just move in with TonE like permanent, private, etc. I think TonE is realizing that he dodged a bullet on that one.

there was an area by the house in a shaded corner that CA said a tree/bush was, and they had moved it to the other side of the pool. That ground had been disturbed. Dogs also hit on that spot, as well as the playhouse.

Last night someone said she does read here. I almost died since I had just parodied the show. I guess we truly 'own our words" here. I'm being good tonight. :)

Jury deliberated through lunch in O.J. trial. Yawn.

For real. It was very difficult to figure out what many of them were trying to say in their LE interviews but the cops seemed to have a handle on it. Maybe we just don't speak young person?

Who says....she was getting ready to NOT live in her house? Is that like, I'm getting ready to NOT go to the grocery store?
LOL I don't think it is "young speak" as much as it is they are freaking out being interrogated by LE.

Moving out. Gonna leave. Getting ready to bail. << Normal phrases

Everyone keeps saying this but especially now after the latest document release, I have yet to see an instance where she was truly taken in and attached to ANY man - or ANYone for that matter. KC used people for what she needed, when she needed it and from what I can see, she formed no meaningful attachments to anyone. She hung around just a little too long because she's also lazy. I think her next step was to take off to California...

Forget about O.J.

Nevada law...blah, blah, blah.

Defense is that O.J. didn't know what was going to happen.

Blaaaaahaaaaaahaaaaaa. ROFL

I swear I wonder if NG reads comments of folks. When Christina called in and said I love your show Nancy, how's your kids--it looked like NG had to hold back from laughing before her standard thanks dear comments etc.

Yes, I started to laugh...

You are SO RIGHT. I guess I was using "Casey-speak" when I said permanent. Yanno...as permanent as a relationship with Casey can be. Maybe a good place to "entertain" her other BFs while TonE was in class. Who knows?

I agree. I think it was the shock and the initial worry about being questioned by the police that made a lot of the people sound awfully weird.

I speak "young speak", I'm 22. And I have never said that I am getting ready to not live in my house. Even in the process of moving, I say that I am moving.

Yes and yet in CA's interview...she clearly tells LE that the deckbox was inside the sunroom where Caylee's swim floaties were kept STILL. This is a contradiction from the Greta interview where she said that the deckbox was beside the pool where Caylee could climb. She said it needed to be moved beside the house and was the reason they had disturbed ground due to moving a plant for it. Hmmmm...yet another "inconsistency".
