It was apparently very routine.40 minutes of normal questions...all that was said.Doesn't sound like much
Thank you. I was curious if Nancy had mentioned it or not.

My hunch is that she used the shovel to pry up a paver. She needed a weight.
Yes, appearances evidently are so important to CA that she lied under oath about it. My thought is that she lied more than once under oath...so why do people believe anything she says now either? If a person cannot tell the truth at a simple bond hearing for crying out loud...can you expect them to tell the truth about what really happened to their grandchild?! Sorry...but the answer is no. You can't.Did she not think that was easily verifiable information? What's the big deal anyway...so a person that graduated from high school could not possibly neglect or murder his/her child?
She may have left Caylee there in the sandbox and transported her to the car. I haven't eliminated that as a possibility. But I do think that she packed her up with a paver and dumped her in water somewhere. She would have needed the shovel for the paver. (Not necessarily for Caylee.)My only thing is..why did the dogs hit back there?
My theory is that Caylee was in the yard at the beginning. When she did move her after a few days, fluids/tissue leaked out of whatever she was using to move her (garbage bag, blanket, bag). This would cause the dogs to hit on more than one place, if I am not mistaken.Very possible,
I know when those pavers have been down for awhile there very hard to pull up without some kind of Lever
I'm wondering why the dogs hit in the yard?
Maybe she laid Caylee (or the suit case ) down in the yard before she moved it to the trunk..
Housemouse - They took the shovel so certainly, if it had contact with the pavers somehow, it will come out. We just don't know yet.Posted my thought before I read your post farther down the thread.
Since three of us have come independently to the same theory, I am sure LE have wondered about this as well.
Wonder if it will come up in trial?
To revisit this for a second. Cindy's brother Rick did give an interview to Greta, although he wasn't interviewed on air. I don't even think they identified him as the source of the information. He had previously posted on another website, gave info on the A's denial of Casey pregnancy and some other family tidbits. But ABSOLUTELY no one? It's beyond strange.![]()
I honestly don't think so since it came out yesterday about the two places they were searching. Maybe he is out of the loop on that one or he is talking about TES.Can anyone tell me if LE has really suspended searches for Caylee? LP says they have, but I haven't read or heard them announce the fact.
The pavers were put down in a pattern. If one was missing it would be very evident.

I am glad in a way that the media isn't going after CA's parents and brothers etc. They truly are victims. I would have liked to heard more from Rick tho. He did have some background information which I found to be interesting and has been proven accurate, too.To revisit this for a second. I live fairly close to where the A's extended family live in Ohio. There was one very short interview with a brother-in-law of GA (I think) right after the case broke. Not a peep since. It isn't really big news here but I expected a little more local coverage on the extended family.

Um. I don't know. Maybe 12 cubic meters of enclosed space vs. several hundred meters of open air??? Maybe not jnTexas. Maybe not. After oh-about 40 days...maybe only trained dogs would smell it?If the smell was that bad in the car wouldn't there be some kindof smell in the back yard??:waitasec:
That information is at the printers BEFORE the actual graduation. She WOULD HAVE graduated that year, but she didn'tOf course it is but if you look on her High School alumni link, she does show up as part of the graduating class.

Not neccessarily. It would depend on several things. The ground would have helped to absorb the smell itself. In a car, there is no where for the fluids etc. to disperse and the smell is contained plus concentrated. If the smell was that bad in the car wouldn't there be some kind of smell in the back yard??:waitasec:
