Well GA threw lime all over the place...

When did that happen? I never heard he threw lime in the back yard. this case gets stranger by the minute. what exactly is lime used for lawns for?

I've searched EVERYWHERE for a pic of the car and couldn't find one to post but I remember exactly this...A clover!

It does have a bumper sticker of something like a clover. I saw it in one shot on NG tonight. You could clearly see it from the front thru the window.

Lime adjusts the ph level of the soil to make your lawn "happy" lol.

Or throw a little fertilizer over it, a la Scott P....lol.

Put it in a garbage bag filled with lime, inside a plastic container, seal it well, bury it deep, pour concrete over it, place a storage building on it, then cover your back yard with lime. That will do it every time.

I thought George put pavers under the playhouse on july 4th. I just posted on another threat about wondering if those two or George smelled decomp in the yard when Casey moved the body, if she did move a body. Maybe that is why the pavers were done, dirt might have been disturbed, and the reason they looked under the playhouse. A pigeon died on my bench in the yard and the smell was there in the air all afternoon.

Lets suppose Caylee was buried in the yard for a short time & then moved

If George wanted to cover this fact up he would need an excuse for the "Loose" freshly disturbed dirt in his yard.

Maybe thats why he decided to put the pavers down.

I agree with you - I don't think it's a coincidence that GA put down new pavers

I don't have cable now so I can't watch - I read here (maybe page 7 or this thread) that the defense atty said evidence of what casey did (cooking cleaning) CAN'T be introduced at court?? Did they say why?? I don't think that's true...

He lies............don't believe a word he says.

I agree with after 40 days. I'm just wondering if the A's smelled anything out of the ordinary on a certain day after the 15th. if she was back there and Kc dug her up there had to be a smell that lingered. i just wonder if LE asked the A's if there had been any bad smells recently (not that they would be honest)

Of course they did? You still have doubts? Why did CA wash the pants and knife?

I never heard this either. When and where did GA mention this tid bit?

Lime is used to adjust the acidity in your soil.

If your soil is very acidic it is a good idea to use around 40 pounds of lime pellets for every thousand square feet of lawn you wish to work with at least 2 if not 3 times a year.

Lime has also been known to speed up decomp.

Please provide a timeline for this theory. Caylee went missing on the 16th. George put down the pavers on 7/4. Where was Caylee's body in the mean time and when was she in the trunk of Casey's car?

Caylee was REPORTED missing on the 16th not went missing.

I recall that George fertilized the front yard weeks after LE examined the back yard. It was never said that he used lime, to my knowledge.

What? Where does that come from?

It was all over the news when the protesters were there. Some thought he was doing it to keep them off the lawn, because lime will burn skin, but I KNEW when he spent hours in the back yard liming it, there was another reason.

First, they have dogs, and you NEVER put lime on an area where you dogs or a child could walk. It will burn their feet.

Second, if it was to keep the protesters out, there would be no reason to use all those bags in the back yard. Protesters never go there.

That is often used to kill the smell of decomp and to keep cadaver dogs from getting the scent.

Ah, so someone was quoting JB? I thought it was a random lawyer on NG. Casey opened herself up for it when she said she was conducting her own "investigation" for 31 days... that's probably why she won't say anything else anymore.

DA: "so what did Casey's investigation consist of?"
AL: "well she made some pesto, cleaned, and we drank some adult beverages"

Chilly - If we could outline this in detail the way you are specifying...The case would be solved. LOL!

June 16th was the last day anyone saw Caylee - she's been missing since then.

LOL,

You just reminded me of something

I've put all kinds of things in my back yard soil

Dried Blood Meal - Ashes - Bone Meal

People would be surprised what you find in "Dirt"

Okay in my back yard we have pavers..They are so many rows wide and so many rows long..it would be easy to delete a whole row..which could be as little as 2 or 3. I also doubt if A's would say "oh we're missing a paver or two"

They probably would have noticed some missing. If I took mine up, there would be just plain mud holes. They kill grass and all, so it would be noticible, even just one would be noticed IMHO.

They had to have a fortune invested in those pavers. They aren't cheap.

Lime...chloroform...How on earth would ordinary folks know about such things?

on the paver thought....7/4 is extremely hot here in Texas. Like i wouldn't be outside doing anything in the yard (that's usually april maybe may).Of course we have a lot of humity here. whats the weather like in florida on the 4th?

Was anything mentioned about the DCF investigation being ended? I couldn't watch tonight and probably won't catch the rerun either.

Florida DCF comes in to make sure the child is a) safe, and b) if not safe, take the child away from what they see as a potentionally harmful situation. This would include fostercare, temp. giving child to relatives, etc.....at least until the parent/parents are stable enough to continue being "parents" without Florida DCF supervision of some sort.

I can see no way the Florida DCF investigation is closed, but they are somewhat stuck. There is no child available for them to supervise/help in anyway. If Caylee is found alive, they, IMO, will be all over Casey. But I think we all know that is not going to happen as I believe she is dead. Again, JMO.
