hmmm..now that you mention that, perhaps that is why the press conf. keeps getting postponed. They KNOW that a gag order will be coming down and then will have that to blame for not being able to reveal their "Hard Evidence" that Caylee is alive. Maybe then they will *share* their info with LE. :furious:

Good point...maybe they are hoping for a gag order...soon.

It is easier to say you have hard evidence than to produce it.

Finally someone is saying what I have known, there is no way she got rid of caylee so quick. If the car still stinks after 4 months, my God that child was in the car for a good long while. I know no one here would listen to me (I think I am invisible) but I'm telling you that child was not dumped within 3 days.

There is no way she touched the very advanced decomposing body of Caylee, whatever she put Caylee in I doubt she ever opened it or looked at her again. She dumped her in that, whatever that is.

Hi there, maur33. I see you! :) I think most here believe that Caylee's body was disposed of within the three day period because of the Body Farm results which showed decomposition equal to 2.6 days. Maybe there were enough fluids left behind to cause the odor that still remains.

Note to self -- stop eating dinner while reading this forum...

LOL! That made me laugh 'cause I was reading the maggot/decomp thread yesterday while I was eating pizza for lunch.

And even then she's got fuzzy math--'cause it was day THIRTY-one.

See, she could easily spin it to her day 1..the day she SUPPOSEDLY found out Caylee was "missing".

The more I think about the smell, would any of us bring it in our home and wash them in our washer and dryer? I don't think so............IMO

i would imagine cindy was in a panic, listen to her voice on that 911 call after she smelled the car, i can see her now furiously scrubbing out stains and washing those pants over and over...still doesn't mean she couldn't have thrown them out later and replaced them with a similar pair..but i would bet money she tried to wash them first.

Would not suprise me for one single second as KC has pretty much shot us(the public) the finger every chance she had. The rosary. The blue 82 shirt. The big sunglasses. The sneakers. Not telling where her precious child is. Etc. Etc.....:furious:

ITA!!!! :clap::clap::clap::clap:

They haven't even found Caylee's clothes yet.....

That is a good point.

I sure wouldn't.

The fluids are in the backyard.

I think this is very possible. MOO

  • #192
No kidding! I thought CA said she washed the pants because they smelled like smoke, but they threw away the stuffed animals because they smelled like smoke.

the clothes CA washed were from bf apt that smelled like smoke......pants from car smelled like car....

Can you imagine how Yuri and John A feel watching this stuff day in and day out with the A's? And not being able to respond or refute any of it? They must just beat their heads on their desks on an hourly basis.

I've often thought this too.

I believe you. I have always thought that KC had Caylee in trunk (IN THE HEAT) and her little body would be nothing but decomp jelly???? IMO

That poor baby, I have taken a step back from the feeling part of this case for me...I had to I was starting to feel so angry about it all (too personal) but she really did suffer and to realize that her mother thought so little of her life let alone her death and just drove around with her in that car with the overwhelming smell just reminding her "oh Caylee's dead" **** what should I do with her. Uggh

I believe that the Gag order in no way affects the search for Caylee, it only concerns those closely involved in the case regarding the Perp.
but wouldn't the gag order relate to GA and CA - being on witness list they would not be able to go on tv saying that Caylee is alive, and saying LE is not searching for Caylee etc -

Marc Klass is so on target. I do think Tim is an honest, hardworking man. He is very diligent, and his heart is in the right place. This situation is so unlike anything seen before. The "mother" has no interest and is of no help. The grandparent insist Caylee is alive. Then you add Alpha Dog LP, who is going to do his thing no matter what, when, the ideal situation is both Tim and LP should be working with authorities, spliting the regions, and backing out the minute anything is found without alerting media (which is what Tim has always done). LP is a showman, will not work in tandem, and the media is his second home, not good for the search. Then Kid Finders is doing a whole other thing with the grandparents, building their hopes up and apparently not giving them proper adivice if they truly think they have a credible lead. Duh...contact authorities immediately. Again, no press conference.

The money to be made on this case, or a I should say, Caylee is sickening. I'm sure LP is lining up a book deal. I'm equally certain that Tim is not. I have no idea regarding Kid Finders, but their methods are atrocious so far. Building false hope should be a crime.

Marc is so right. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, and nothing is being accomplished.

I think that you are probably right, but whatever Casey put Caylee in leaked at some point. :blowkiss: LOL you're not invisible, but I know what you mean. :)

You aren't invisible! ;) You could be right, but I think she was buried once initially...then perp came back, moved the body, and put her in the trunk to transport her to where she ended up. I have to disagree with Dr. Perper on this one. It would only require tissue and bodily fluids to be left in the trunk for it to still smell after this long.
Decomp smell stays for a L O N G L O N G time.

Person I know had a silk plant from an apartment where someone committed suicide. Over two months later, the smell had attahed itrself to all of HER things too. The plant was NEVER in contact with the body either - just in the same apt. Imagine how long a smell would stay if something had been in actual CONTACT with a decomposing body.

I just noticed that lately GA has been putting out a KidFinders plug in his recent interviews.
Guess he likes being associated with convicted felons. I'd be distancing myself soooo fast
