Yep, I heard Baez said that no one from Padillas camp would be allowed to talk to her and he has already instructed her not to talk to anyone. That was all a bunch of bull that stuff he was saying how he could get her to talk. Do you think if she really told her parents anything that they would tell LE? forget it. I hope LE has the house bugged but I doubt it.

Baez said on Shep earlier (sorry to keep bringing this up but its pertinent) the only people HE would be allowing her to talk to would be family.

IMO, the Anthonys are most likely to tell LE...... BUT..... first they'll all to go along with some story that's not too bad.

An accidental drowning or died in the hot car.... something like that & then Casey throws herself on the mercy of the court.... she's young, confused & was scared.... just short of temporary insanity. And I'm sure Cindy will do this because SHE'S got to be feeling guilty for calling 911. :furious:

There's NO WAY I can imagine them saying anything more incriminating than that type of excuse.

The Anthonys will make a deal w/ Casey to go along with an agreed upon story IF she'll 'confess' so they can retrieve the body... otherwise they'll tell her they won't be able to save her from being charged with VERY, VERY serious charges.

Martyr Casey does her time & eventually gets out & blames Cindy for the rest of her life for getting police on her back.
