Yes, I do remember that, and Mark Klaas had nothing to hide. He was Polly's father and had nothing to do with her abduction. I wonder just what questions the Anthonys' are afraid of being asked ~ would the questions be just about Caylee's disappearance and aftermath, or could they include other questions about 'family' issues? When Polly Klaas went missing, her father took a lie detector test immediately! He want himself eliminated so the police would look for her abductor.
Looks like the Anthony's put up the sprinklers to keep the protesters away!!
I agree 100%!
I so wish she'd tried to pay that AT&T bill online with Amy's checking acct. #. :behindbarOh I hope the Feds have something to slam them all
Wonder if they are under water restrictions and if so if it is their day to water LOL they could be fined if restrictions are in effect
He was an innocent parent. He had nothing to hide. When Polly Klaas went missing, her father took a lie detector test immediately! He want himself eliminated so the police would look for her abductor.
Those are the maximum sentences. There are guidlines for these sort of things. She doesn't have a criminal history, she has not been convicted of anything. Everything right now is just an allegation.
I'm not sure where she would fall in the guidelines, but no one goes to jail for 50 years for stealing checks. If it was anybody else, jail time wouldn't be on the table. Restitiotion and probation would be the normal sentence.
50 years might be a scare tactic to get her to talk. But her lawyer will know better.
Amy might be a possible witnesswhy can't Nancy get Amy on to ask her questions?
