Assuming that at some point we'll be able to still-frame the shots of the calls, is there an easy way to tell the difference between a list of phone calls and a list of text messages?

to answer your question, which i didnt seem to do the first time! yes, here is an example, this is from my bill:

these are my calls,

it has day, date, time, number, the first one i called someone who has a parkville number, and the last two were incoming and then the length of time, billing code, the last one has M2MC which means mobile to mobile call and the how much the call cost me, which was 0

after all calls that billing cycle, there is another section that has my text messages:

1 TUE 06/24/2008 3:56PM 555-555-5555 Text Message 1 Msg MSG2 AT SMH In 0.00

2 TUE 06/24/2008 4:07PM 555-555-5555 Text Message 1 Msg MSG2 AT SMH In 0.00

it has the day, date, time, number, text message, the number of messages sent, the billing code (MSG2) In for incoming an how much it cost me which is 0.

I'm not sure how legal a contract is if it's being used to cover up a crime.

What if she passed the information to Baez and he didn't tell LE? If he receives hearsay information from someone other than his client about something his client allegedly said, what is his legal obligation?

That house is soo full of bugs right? Hopefully they have recorded conversations w/KC and this bodyguard. (Let's hope they have better technology and/or placement than they did in the Sabrina Aisenberg case- what a travesty!)

I'll be very disapointed if the Guardian Angels protect the Anthony's. I've always thought they were VICTIM ADVOCATES. I hope they realize anyone who inserts themselves into this case ends up with egg of their face. LP can testify to that. Speaking of people inserting themselves into this case, whatever happened to Mr. Hotshot Media Blitz attorney? He kinda fell by the wayside quickly. IMO, he's still wiping the egg off his face too.

I don't know how OCSO feels about The Guardian Angels, and I won't venture a guess.
But, and it's a big but, all the LE I've know personally, has had a blazing dislike of the G. Angels for a variety of reasons. Included in those were the feeling that they were interfering with LE, the feeling they were overstepping their bounds, and the feeling they sometimes added to tension in the streets.
I am not saying they were justified or not, but simply communicating my personal experience with LE & and the Guardian Angels.

If those records don't indicate that Cindy and Casey had some sort of phone contact on almost a daily basis from the middle of June until the middle of July, she not only lied, she lied under oath.

That there's perjury.

Somehow I don't see Cindy being cowed by perjury. Maybe some jail time might make her understand that mis-truths are not truths.

Professionals are supposed to put personal feelings aside. However......I am thinking the local LE is sick of the Anthony circus. They just might be glad to have the angels over there so they don't have to be coming out there every day and night.

A private agreement :deal: cannot trump a subpoena. However, OCSO cannot issue a subpoena to interview a possible witness. The State's Attorney can issue a subpoena. Defense counsel cannot prevent a LE from contacting and interviewing a witness. A witness can decline to answer questions to LE for basically any reason; including having a contract with a confidentiality clause. Search warrants that LE can obtain pertain to documents, records, things and places to investigate, but cannot be used to force a pre-trial interview with LE.

Yeah I am right on the edge of "Crime" Hills and Lockhart. I can sit in my livingroom and hear gun shots at night! This is just crazy they are at the Anthony home! What about Parramore, or Mercy Drive where all those killings happened, that is where they need to be!

I agreee with ya Samijeansg... it is a tough place that you live and crimwise, you definitely could use the Guardian Angels more then the A's!
