I believe the family just brought it to media's attention because they said they were frustrated that LE is being accused of not looking for Caylee.

It was the striking similarity between missing Caylee and this Kaylee that brought deputies to the home of Wayne and Kim Tupper in the middle of the night in mid-August.

Who was the Michael Putkowski guy on the phone? I thought he said it was his daughter.

The other one was Pakowski or something like that. A woman tried to talk to the little girl and get her to say her name (at a gas station). She apparently got the license tag number and police were at the house about an hour later.

I don't think KC knows who Caylee's father is. I think she was telling this guy MH that she had something to tell him because she was trying to enlist his help to come to california. I think that she was going to out there and not come back.

I agree with you. Or, her backup plan was to go to California and disappear.

'They almost had to call an ambulance because her blood pressure shot sky high' implies that she was scared because they were closing in on her.

Having no reaction would be the more likely conclusion of someone confident that Caylee was alive.
