What I just don't get is why the female BG that was in the house - why why WHY would she want immunity? All she could know is information. I don't get it - can some legal eagle out there help me out? Why would someone like that need immunity?

I still think that NG was refering to another Security guard - One that worked at Universal

Who is the person with the last name Snow that LP referred to & what do they have to do with this case?

They mentioned that MH worked as a security guard at universal the same time Casey was employed there

LP said on the show last night the female guards att. had advised her not to talk to investigators that went to California........over the Conf. agreement..somewhere it was discussed that the guard should get immunity if it had been offered up to casey (of all people)..

MH ??...the marine in CA ?? They said early on tonights should he called LE w/his info as soon as the story broke......why would he need immunity ??

I just don't get it. I know it is said Casey is a sociopath and just wasn't raised right. But, there are other sociopaths and a whole lot of people who haven't been raised right and they don't go off and kill their children. She had no reason to kill that little girl. And apparently her life wasn't that bad. Her family seems to be giving her everything she could want. And even taking on the majority of raising her daughter for her. So why? What could have been so bad for her in her life for her so do something so evil. I watch NG every night and read here on the boards and I just don't understand.

She could tell MH that Caylee was still in FLA & nobody in FLA would be wondering where Caylee was

They would assume that she was in Cali with Casey

Very possible. So sad if MH really IS Caylee's daddy. Especially if he didnt know she was his daughter. Caylee could have had a loving relationship with him and his family. She deserved that and SO much more!

I don't know what the deal was with a confidentiality agreement, or if she signed one or whatever. I do know that if you have information on a crime that has been committed and you do not report it to the proper authorities, you can be charged with something called "misprision of a felony." She couldn't have been involved with the crime itself, and if it is who I think it was, I have talked to her and there is no way she is involved after the fact. But she may want immunity for not speaking up sooner. That is the only thing that I can think of....

The way I understood what RD was saying was that the lady inside (security guard) told him that when the info came out about the hair, etc., inside the car that no one became upset. However, when Lee told them he said just the opposite (that she was upset, etc - who was upset Cindy or Casey?) from what the female guard had reported.

They just showed pic of the wrong Kaylee they stormed the house for-- has NG mentioned that? I'd be curious to hear her comments on why they would storm in the middle of the night - if they KNOW Caylee is dead? That worries me a bit.

YES!! LE has put out through a press statement and through SOURCES close to the investigation that Caylee is dead! If they are 100% sure that she is WHY DID THEY DO THIS MIDNIGHT RAID on this poor family? This tells me the EVIDENCE is not conclusive!

I wish LE would have asked her how she left her cell phone on her desk at work (at Universal) and why Universal recently bought her a 2nd phone when she just admitted she hadn't worked there in 2 years. :bang: Her entire interview sounds planned - like she already knew what she was going to tell them.

She wasn't under arrest at that point, so they probably wanted to avoid the appearance of interrogating her, thinking they could get more information later.

Little did they know they were in the presence of Miss Sociopath Orlando.

Most people are lying whenthey say those words. Esp. "honestly." Count your rings when someone says, "honestly."

Not a legal expert here, but I DID stay in a Holiday Inn Express one time...

1.She probably signed a confidentiality agreement/contract. That's important to her job. If she has immunity, she can't be sued for breach of contract. If she doesn't have immunity, she could be sued and lose her employability.

2. Perhaps she believes that LE could prosecute her for withholding information from an investigation. Perhaps she just wants to know which trumps - contract or obligation to report. (?)

Ok - thankx - what you said helps to tie it all in. I would like to think that LE would not hesitate to give this woman what she wants and have her spill it all. LE granting her immunity just allows her legal precedance inthe scope of her employment. That's cool. I really hope LE agrees with that and goes for it. I can't wait to hear what she has to say.

She was closest to Casey, was with her and the fam for like 24/7. I think like everyone else in this circus, I would do the same thing whether the most inflammatory thing I could say was if she snores or not-

Everybody that touches these people at all seem to get villified immediately. It's wrong, I cant imagine that was a remotely easy job.

LP and RD saying Lee changed his story as time went on. Lee says KC wasn't effected at all by air sample results!!!!! Unbelievable.

I'm not sure about judging paternity based on pictures.......reason being.......I have 2 daughters......one is 15 the other is almost 27. The oldest one looks NOTHING like her dad but looks very much like me. The 15 year old.....you'd swear that wasn't my child !!!!!!

I know, I think about that alot. There's some family out there that would have been soo much better for that beautiful child. Just think how many lives she's ruining. How many one night stands are going to be wondering- OMG was she mine? Who was the father? I wonder if we'll ever know? This case is SO frustrating.

I don't know - Tonights show was very confusing because NG made a statement that MH worked at Universal & then it was retracted

LP also mentioned another Security Guard besides MH that worked at Universal

Then we have the Female security Guard that was in the Anthony house

I'm going to watch the show again at 10 & see if I can figure out what's going on
