YES!! LE has put out through a press statement and through SOURCES close to the investigation that Caylee is dead! If they are 100% sure that she is WHY DID THEY DO THIS MIDNIGHT RAID on this poor family? This tells me the EVIDENCE is not conclusive!

Think maybe they don't want any agrument later on that they didn't search for a "Live Caylee"?

I agree..I think she does not know for sure who it is. I personally think IF she did know..child support would be in the front of her mind. It's much easier to say a father is dead then "I don't know who it is."

I'm still thinking about what Uncle Rick said. She went to a Christmas party on 12-4-04, and had a few "relationships." That's when he thinks Caylee was conceived.

We did figure out (buried) in that article, that they made that raid in mid-August...so hopefully that was before forensics came back. I wish NG and co had addressed that more. Does anyone have a grasp of timeline to be sure?

That is exactly why they're doing that.
So the Anthonys can't say they didn't follow up on leads they had.

They just showed pic of the wrong Kaylee they stormed the house for-- has NG mentioned that? I'd be curious to hear her comments on why they would storm in the middle of the night - if they KNOW Caylee is dead? That worries me a bit.

1) To shut up the Anthonys. 2) Because they don't have thier murder case ready, yet, and they want to keep their cards covered.

I think the detectives were probably somewhat muddled during the interrogation. I know they hear lies all the time, but I have to believe that lies on this level are unusual. They have to be very careful about making sure they tell her the door is not locked and that she can leave. That is how they can question her without reading her the Miranda warning. If they had read her rights to her, I'm guessing she would have shut down even earlier.

At least by getting two statements, they definitely have enough to prove she lied and obstructed the investigation.

Seems pretty clear to me the KC was planning on taking off. She stole from the people closest to her, and was bound to get caught if she was home. She expected to be in sunny California, where no one would bother to spend the money to catch her. If she did contact anyone at home, KC would say Caylee is just fine, she is with her nanny or in the bathroom. Home confinement was the last thing n KC's mind.

It could be just another lie or it could be MH -

or some other Guy that is in the Military that she was involved with - Who knows

It seems though she's told several different stories who Caylee's father is.

LE's midnight raid on that family happened on Aug. 15 and the Sentinel didn't actually report it until today.

I'm worried tonight. Because since the cops are still checking out leads/storming homes for Caylee (alive) look alikes, that leads me to believe they don't have proper evidence and may be bluffing on the evidence!
Secondly, I knew LEE knows what happened. She confided in him, you can tell by his LIES.
I hope they make ALL the Anthonys go to the grand jury and they are called to the stand and questioned like crazy.
I cant wait to see if they lie under oath which is AGAINST the LAW!!!!
I am fed up with this whole family. Who the heck is this self absorbed! Ugh!

What I can't quite figure out though is how did she plan to survive in California without friends or family there to steal from? She'd actually have to get a good job in order to pay for an apt. and whatnot!

Does anyone know...If they do go to the Grand Jury, can they refuse to answer or are they obliged to respond?

Don't you think the info came from the family since a picture of live little girl was shown. (LE wouldn't have released the child's picture.)
