The other part referred to being a "chameleon" to keep a job. Nearly everyone does that, it's survival. But Casey appears to have been doing that for years now, taking on the color and habits of whatever crowd she is with at the moment. She's not trying to keep a job by doing that. She is just doing it naturally.

I think you misunderstood me, then. I said that Casey was a chameleon, and people pegged me as one too; however, people were wrong about me. I'm not a chameleon. I just didn't want to lose my job by acting out at my place of employment. Sorry, that I brought myself into this. It's just so hard not to talk about myself. I love me, what can I say? As far as Casey is concerned, I agree with you. I think that she is a true chameleon and just does whatever she can to fit in with people. My ex-s-i-l was like that too. For instance, when she was with her church friends, she would always act like she was without sin. When she was around people that didn't go to church, she would talk about sex and how she was getting it without being married. She would also apply for jobs that were out of her range. She dropped out of school. Lied about having a GED. Then would go apply for all these office jobs where you need, at least, an A.A. She would also tell her friends that she NEVER shopped at Wal-Mart for her children's toys. Oh no, she was never that poor. She always shopped at Toys-R-Us. I laughed at her because of this last thing. It was just such a stupid lie! As if Toys-R-Us is more posh than Wal-Mart? What was she proving, seriously?

Do you mean the Police Academy graduation? Either she was invited or she invited herself. She and JG started dating again briefly in November 2007, he graduated the academy in Dec. 2007. So I guess she was trying to keep it rekindled.

Oh, thanks, I only read the very first one! I did mean the graduation.. Strange that he said they started dating in November 2007, yet in this link he says that he hadnt seen Caylee in so long, and she didnt recognize him.. Maybe they started dating, and RG didnt see her until that day.. What's also strange is that he said that during the police academy graduation, Casey went over to them with the baby.. If she went for JG wouldnt she be with them? What a strange chick

I found the links to the MySpace blogs, but none of them are working - the pages have been taken down apparently. There are a lot of pages of the info here on WS though if you just search. Sort of weird and sort of spiritual and sort of dramatic. Just don't know what to say about it. If I find an active link, I'll PM you.

I'm having a really hard time wrapping my head around the idea that she named "Zanny" as the nanny in April 2006 and then, what.....she managed to find someone named Zenaida to "blame" for the kidnapping 2 years later????

I live in Orlando. My husband is Puerto Rican. My sister-in-law is Colombian. I have close friends from Panama. My point is: I know a LOT of Hispanic people. Never, ever, ever have I met a Zenaida or even heard the name. Does it exist? Yes. But it is not like there is one on every corner that KC could easily find in her moment of need to use as a pawn in her little game.

So, we are supposed to believe that she concocted the Zanny name in 2006 and then, 2 years later, found a Zenaida who happened to be looking at an apartment where she knew people?

I'm not buying it. Someone please help me make this scenario work 'cause I can't seem to do it on my own.

Reading over this NG transcript, maybe RG thinks that KC is possessed. Sorry, I just had to throw that out there.. No offence, Mr. G.

GRUND: But I want people to understand that the Casey we knew that spent all of the time with us and watched Sunday football, and the pictures that you have is not the Casey you see right now.

And I think the clue to finding Caylee is what bridges the Casey we knew to the aberration we have now. If we can figure out what causes her to become, as Mr. Klaas said, the monster she is now, I think we find out what happened to Caylee.

I'm thinking that it is possible that she didn't start saying it in '06 as RG said. If you read back over the thread, you will see that JG said that he didn't start hearing it until Nov '07.

Plus, from what I understand, she has been saying Zanny the Nanny, and there has been no talk of a Zenaida F-G. My opinion? Technically, Zanny could have been a nickname for anyone. I mean, her friends were calling their house Lake Vag, for crying out loud! She could have easily looked up a Zenaida recently to correlate with her Zanny story. It is possible that she heard the nickname Zanny when she was going to highschool because one of her classmates had the name of Zenaida. Then again, I have a ton of friends that go by different names and you would have no clue what their first names REALLY are.
