You have to wonder about her stuff being neatly packed. it seems she didn't know she would be leaving Tony's place until her mom came and got her so she would have been settled in. Not packed.

This whole computer erasing and packed clothes plus the time it took to go there and come back home is all off. JMO.

I just thought of something. Lee did call Tony so maybe Tony packed her stuff? Tony spoke with Amy and knew what was going on before Lee came to get her things. LE may have found that out later but in his interview was trying to pin point anything at all to LE that would be useful.

But, I don't think her stuff was wiped. It's hard to REALLY wipe a computer.

You would not get a blue screen [BSOD] with a drive reformat, that's just some Windows system files are either corrupt or removed. A hard drive reformat does not remove all of the data. It writes to specific sectors so the data can still be recovered. Often, even if you write new data over the old data it can still be recovered. Hard drive read/write heads have variances (wobbles) in the head positioning so it is possible to read the magnetism on the band edges of written sectors. It is a challenge to remove data from a hard drive, I used to work for US DoD on ways to prevent data recovery. :bang:

LP believes that Casey got fluids on her clothes while putting the body in a dumpster then Cindy washed those clothes. I have a problem with that theory, because Cindy says she washed the dress pants that Lee saw Casey wearing the last time Caylee was seen. The morning of the 27th Casey was supposedly jogging and wouldn't have been wearing those same pants. Tony may even remember what she was wearing or if she had changed. Also, I can't see Casey leaving the car hoping it would be stolen since thieves wouldn't be able to stand the smell and could dump the car anywhere to be found and mess up her plan. I think she was going to take the vehicle out and burn it with the gas cans after she got more things lined up.

I think she may have since she's been on home confinement but I don't think he knew anything before. He seems to be a realist to me and has faced the forensic evidence head on. That's why I don't think he wants the test. It would be like betraying what's left of the family.

How did Lee get Tony's number? casey didn't have it memorized as she had fits on the 911 call to get it. LE took Casey's phone but not her stuff. How did Lee get the number? They use the net to get it? If so why did Lee need Casey to give him all those passwords etc?

Yeah!!! She was jogging. Surrrre........was that after Tony picked her up at her car with the groceries or was that after he took her to the house and she took the groceries. She certainly had a busy day that day. Those freezepops seem to have a lot of miles on them.

Ooohhh, oohhh. Just had another thought after seeing this post. If Casey did get the decomp on her clothes, she would have showered and changed before letting TonE pick her up. That could explain the time gap of about 4 hours after ditching the car.

Question is....who lives close enough from Amscot for her to walk to their place and shower, change before calling TonE??????????????????????????

I still feel she picked Amscot for a reason. It wasn't random. But who does she know that lives the closest to Amscot?????????:waitasec:

If KC deleted emails because she thought they were incriminating, who were the emails to? It would seem some one who received those emails would have come forward unless maybe they were in on it with KC. I think she would have had to think they were damaging emails to have deleted them don't you think?

Deleting internet stuff doesn't make it "gone" either if you believe that hacker who says he found the cached documents showing that the Chinese gymnastics team members were underage. That was, what, two months ago? During the Olympics. If that could be found wouldn't anything deleted from Myspace or Facebook still be cached somewhere? Did she know anyone that owns a deep freezer that would have needed to be emptied for her to hide Caylee's body in temporarily?

Aren't they referring to the fake work emails?

In her interviews, Casey told LE that her computer would have emails from Zenaida. She was lying, of course. She knew she had deleted those emails so free offering them up. I don't think she wiped her computer clean. She deleted her emails. The computer could have gotten a virus because there is one going around that does just what Lee described as Casey's was doing, booting over and over but not coming up. And, of course, she could have gotten into the system files and messed something up. LE tells people that deleting something doesn't wipe it out of memory but just make the space of that file available. That's true, but if you defragment your had drive afterwards, you will write over a lot of the files and scatter pieces of others. Some will still be recoverable. About the emails, they can probably be recovered from Yahoo's servers.
