I wish GA witnessed the arguement between KC and CA! I bet that would shed a lot into this mystery. For all we know KC could have stormed out of the house and told her mom that she would DIE before she gave her mom custody of Caylee.....we will never know. Unless the neighbor was able to make out actual sentences out of all the yelling.....hmmm???

Oh gosh...I could be wrong of course, but I dont think there is anything sinister in George nonchalantly saying he was watching his fave show. He might have meant this like he usually watches these food network shows before he goes to work. Alot of people turn on a certain channel at a certain time and cant name every show. I just dont think he saw it as significant at the time. And LE didnt ask any follow up questions about it so they really didnt think it was significant at the time either. I think LE is fairly certain Casey and Caylee were at the house in the early afternoon of the 16th. It makes more sense that they stopped back at the house after Cindy went to work. That would explain the cell pings from the A house. Cindy was probably calling Casey to see where she spent the night before she left for work that morning.
After Casey left the house with little Caylee..she probably realized she cant stay there and her Mother cared more about what happened to Caylee than her, and thats when something happened.

But if GA watches that channel and the show that was on is his favorite show as he stated, it is a big deal. It is either a lie or he is mistaken about the day or his idea of entertainment is rather strange.

Also CA says that they were at the house in their room that night. So then she would be lying and to police no less.

I do believe GA lied to Cindy. Lied when Cindy was around. His demeanor and what he said was very truthful to LE but he knows what Cindy is like when he crosses her so he avoids confrontation by going along with her. Since he told LE about seeing Casey on the 16th, I think she did come home to get clothing etc. He may have known nothing about the fight as he was working when it occurred. He may have not known she was even gone that night as LP thinks. She probably came home after mom left. I think Casey kept tabs on them and knew their schedules and would come home when they were gone when she wanted food, money or clothing etc.

Is George Lying about seeing Caylee on the 16th because it fits Casey's original story ?

Where did Casey spend the night on the 15th & was it without Caylee?

If so then the evening of the 15th could be the night of Caylee's death.

We need to find out what time Casey left home on the 15th & where she went.

I agree. Plus no one saw Caylee after the 15th either. No one!
I bet the cops have it narrowed down to this as well! I wish for once in her life, she would be truthfil and tell where she put Caylee's body!!!
So sad.

I really think this is important because if Caylee is infact dead & Casey left home on the 15th then that could be the key day!

IMHO, I think George is confused about the 16th, maybe even indulging in some wishful thinking. I believe that the last day KC was at home was just like any other day, and George just thinks it was the 16th because at the time it was like any other day. It's possible he did see KC and Caylee, but just like every other family member it's too much detail to be real.

Okay..so we have no time of the "fight" right? Here is what I'm thinking..GA came home that night from work and did possibly witness the scream fest..the news is on at 11:00-11:30pm at night. Cindy prompted him on that interview with "before you went to work" AS IF possibly he saw them when he got home on the 15th and not before work on the 16th. Maybe that was the last night he saw them.. They obviously want no attraction to the night of the 15th b/c of the argument.

I wonder if he threw Caylee wearing sunglasses in there to somehow prove it was daytime that they left. Just a possibility and it's actually making more sense to me as I type it out LOL.

I absoloutley agree...Casey was a sneaky little thing and she probably lurked around when her Mom wasnt home. She wasnt scared or intimidated by her Dad. And I do think George was stuck in such a horrible position between his wife and daughter, he walked on eggshells..Note..I am NOT calling George a wimp. I feel for George.

During the GVS interview GA was squirming, CA was applying pressure to GA during certain topics on the couch, by this time the story was so PAT so it seemed, now discrepancies are coming out.

To me it seemed so odd that over 31 days had passed since Caylee was seen, how could he be so DETAILED in what they were wearing, plausible in his story is the time they supposedly walked out the door, if they were there and I do not believe it. I do believe he does have a routine and probably does watch certain programs on a daily basis, just like he does/did his yardwork, washed the cars, cleaned the garage, etc.

As for the fight between KC/CA and LP statement I can not believe someone has not mentioned that before because apparently CA was LIVID over this and I am sure many other things and the ggp theft was the straw to break the camels back. What surprises me is all of this must have been brought up a few days earlier, according to photo's KC was at Fusians Friday 13th, if crap hit the fan before midnight on Friday, unless ggm checked her bank acct on Sat and noticed the money gone................. How did CA get Caylee to take her Mt.Dora for Father's Day? If there was so much discord between the two of them................ Why would KC give CA Caylee for the day? This just does not make sense to me? Did LA or GA mediate and beg KC to allow CA to have Caylee for the day?

IMO...No, Cindy did not tell LE. Cindy did not even tell George and she let George make a fool of himself on Greta's show telling how he saw them on the 16. Or maybe Cindy told him to say that just hoping no one would ever catch on about the near-death experience night of 15th.
She has tried to control all of this. again IMO

I am now wondering if CA didn't mention this fight because she's afraid she'd be accused of physical assault, and also because she feels guilty for being the straw that broke the camel's back.

Yes, CA also claimed she heard KC and Caylee morning of the 16th. How could GA possibly recall (over a month after the fact) what both KC and Caylee were wearing on the 16th? Right down to the color of their backpacks! I can barely recall what I wore yesterday. And men just don't take in these details, IMO. Especially GA, who repeatedly refers to Caylee as "the girl."
