In the LE interview, he does say that they (KC and Caylee) have breakfast that morning. And he mentions that he sometimes fixes breakfast for Caylee.

I understood the first he saw Casey and Caylee on the 16th was when they came out while he was watching the cooking show at 12:50. I remember thinking it odd that Casey and Caylee would have slept that late or that they could have been moving around the house without GA seeing them earlier. I don't think I heard he cooked them breakfast the morning of the 16th.

On the shows, she says that she "tucked" them in and that she could hear them through the door in the morning. I don't believe that she says this in her interview with LE.

She said the door was closed to KC's bedroom....that's how she knew they were home. She said that in her recorded interview.

At some other time, she claims to have gone swimming with Caylee the night of the 15th. KC didn't join them because it was too cold for her.

IMO, there was a huge fight that night over CA's spawn stealing from the grandparents. KC took off with Caylee and probably killed her that night or the 16th. Notice, CA didn't say "I knew KC was home the morning of the 16th because her car was here"....nope...she and GA concocted the story to leave out the fact of the terrible fight. IMO, moo, etc.

First time posting so I hope I do this thing right. I believe that GA remembers what the girls were wearing on the 16th because I believe that when CA got home from work she told GA what had happened the night before (GA did not know because he was at work) and in telling him she also questioned him to no end about what was KC wearing? did she look like she was going to work? how much stuff did she have with her? Did she have alot of CA's stuff? wonder if they are coming how tonight, yada, yada, yada and IMO that is probably what made it stick in GA's head

oh.......your right...well the neighbors did hear a fight...so we know there was at least an argument. I guess your right if the chokefest info is coming from Casey..its not carved in stone.

I know the neighbors reported hearing it.

I have not read any testimony about the neighbor's hearing them argue...So, I'm sorry but I can't help you. I would be very interested to read about this though, if someone else has a link!???

I agree that he most likely would not remember what Caylee was wearing. But perhaps during KC's first questioning with LE about the "kidnapping" she told LE what Caylee was wearing. So that would lead George to report her wearing the same clothing. I am sure she was initiallly questioned at the house after 911 was called. She had to have given some details about what Caylee was wearing the day she supposedly went missing.

That is possible. The clothes GA described KC as wearing that day (grey pinstriped slacks and beige blouse) were the clothes that "smelled like the car" according to CA. I thought that was telling. His account of that day did sound rather scripted however.

Keeping track for what purpose? Sorry, that makes no sense to me.

Cindy was certainly keeping track of the last time she saw Casey and Caylee..She knew when they left (either on the 15 or 16th) that that was the last time she saw them until she tracked them down. She was keeping track of how long they were gone.

I'd also like to know, because as I just posted, CA told Greta she and Caylee had been in the pool, and Casey was there. So when did this argument and near choking happen? The way she told it to Greta, it would seem all was well that evening.

Cindy & George were both trying very hard to make it seem as if nothing was out of the ordinary during that interview with greta - Cindy seemed like she was worried GA was going to let something slip (IMO)

Something happened on the 15th to cause a terrible argument & Casey Left with Caylee & Cindy feels somewhat responsible for Casey leaving that night

Didn't Cindy say that Casey left to "Bond" with Caylee?

I honestly in my gut think that what I said is right and I haven't felt that often in this case. Remember the siting at a strip mall in Florida? It may even have been friends of the family, I can't remember. I wonder when that was reported and what Caylee was seen wearing. I know for a FACT the white rimmed sunglasses were something she was supposedly wearing. I wonder if that was reported before GA's interview.

Very possible.

If the fight was that intense Cindy could have been questioning GA because she was worried that Casey was taking Caylee away.

If that did happen & Cindy was that worried about Casey taking Caylee away I'm wondering what was said during this argument.

Maybe Casey made some threats?

I still believe that Casey had been planning for awhile to get rid of Caylee. I don't believe she did it on the spur of the moment after an arguement. The web searches on missing children's sites, the chloroform searches, the pre meditated invention of a nanny well before Caylee disappeared. It all screams pre meditation. I remember reading one bloggers post that since Caylee was learning to talk so well she was becoming more of a threat. I think that has some real merit.

I wish GA witnessed the arguement between KC and CA! I bet that would shed a lot into this mystery. For all we know KC could have stormed out of the house and told her mom that she would DIE before she gave her mom custody of Caylee.....we will never know. Unless the neighbor was able to make out actual sentences out of all the yelling.....hmmm???

I don't know. But if grandma and mom had a big fight, poor little Caylee would have been very upset. And 10 - 1 says she would have wanted to stay with her grandma. But mom took her out of the house anyway.

I hope we find out what happened from there, when it was just KC and Caylee.

Go to Cindy Anthony interview and you will see her point and perhaps say the date of the accident. You have to work with a June calendar to follow where LE is pointing to on LE's calendar.

If she went swimming before the fight, then there is no relevance, however, if she went swimming after the fight, then it means Casey did not leave with Caylee. But as one who lives here in FL...and seeing the type of pool they have with no screen and doesn't look like there are any lights...swimming at night is not an option...you'd be bit up to death

She could have been planning it for a long time, and when the fight happened, there was her chance to implement her plan -- and the blame would be on her mother!
