Cindy was certainly keeping track of the last time she saw Casey and Caylee..She knew when they left (either on the 15 or 16th) that that was the last time she saw them until she tracked them down. She was keeping track of how long they were gone.

She was keeping track of how long they had been gone so good that she thought it was the 9th and not the 15th.

I would love to see her phone records to see how often she actually tried to contact KC or talked to KC in the time between say the 16th of June through the 1st of July.

If she was keeping track, she would have been able to fill in the timeline a lot better than she did and not with stuff that KC told her but with things like, on the 17th I called KC at 6pm but she would not answer the phone so I called again at 10pm and got her. She said that Caylee was asleep, etc.

I'd also like to know, because as I just posted, CA told Greta she and Caylee had been in the pool, and Casey was there. So when did this argument and near choking happen? The way she told it to Greta, it would seem all was well that evening.

I assumed it was after the visit to see CA's father. Isn't that the day that CA found out about the money KC had taken from the grandparents? Or am I mistaken?

I honestly in my gut think that what I said is right and I haven't felt that often in this case. Remember the siting at a strip mall in Florida? It may even have been friends of the family, I can't remember. I wonder when that was reported and what Caylee was seen wearing. I know for a FACT the white rimmed sunglasses were something she was supposedly wearing. I wonder if that was reported before GA's interview.

Go to Cindy Anthony interview and you will see her point and perhaps say the date of the accident. You have to work with a June calendar to follow where LE is pointing to on LE's calendar.

I think that she says that the accident happened on June 22nd/23rd and that "Juliette" watched "Annabelle" and Caylee while she spent the night at the hospital with Zanny.

You never know Cindy and Caylee swimming in the pool could have caused the whole fight in the first place, Casey saying its to cold and Cindy saying oh it is not and things may have took off from there.

I have not read any testimony about the neighbor's hearing them argue...So, I'm sorry but I can't help you. I would be very interested to read about this though, if someone else has a link!???

I think early on when the case first broke the media may have reported that some neighbors heard an argument.

I'm wondering if it was the neighbor who loned Casey the shovel?

I think we need to do a specific timeline from the 15th to the 16th from what we know and what the interviews indicate..she probably died between those days

There are timeline's out there, so please look for them and read what has been written so far. It is not new for MANY of us that believe, including myself that Caylee last breath was late on June 15 or early June 16th. There is a Time-line as a sticy.

I still believe that Casey had been planning for awhile to get rid of Caylee. I don't believe she did it on the spur of the moment after an arguement. The web searches on missing children's sites, the chloroform searches, the pre meditated invention of a nanny well before Caylee disappeared. It all screams pre meditation. I remember reading one bloggers post that since Caylee was learning to talk so well she was becoming more of a threat. I think that has some real merit.

I agree with you about the premeditation and to add to that, think maybe what happened the night of the 15th was the trigger that put her plan in motion. MOO

That's possible, but I had thought it was about Casey taking money from her grandparents, since CA had just taken Caylee to see him that day.

I don't understand why in the H3!! Cindy told that whole drug out loooong story, and then ended up saying she didn't believe it, and she thought Zanny was anyone who took care of Caylee! Such as Jesse or Amy. That story took an hour for her to tell. She gives as much details to her stories as KC does!!!

She was stalling for time. She didn't want to have to answer any serious questions, so this was her little ploy to ramble on about nonsense and waste as much time as she could. If left to continue, she would have looked at her watch again and said "oh, I have to go now, I'll be late for my appointment". What a BS artist.

What I want to know is any convos/threats Cindy launched toward KC regarding "unfit mother - I'm going to get custody" stuff. And this also feeds into Leonard's "Cindy has guilt" bent.
