If it was really Tony that posted that....his story is changing? ......hmmm.....tends to make me wonder. I am just not sure about Tony and his roommates. Now, I am not defending Casey, but my gut feeling is that there is more to Tony and his roommates then everyone knows. I don't know what it is but I saw an interview they had with Greata waaay back and even at that time I had an uneasy feeling about them. Now I don't have a gut feeling that they were involved in Caylee's disappearance but my gut just tells me there is something......JMO.

I think KC did spend the night at home on 6/15. If I understand the ping stuff it says she was calling from there. She didn't stay with AL or any of her other friends. She else would she have gone? The nanny's? And she spent the night texting and talking to AL. Is it hard to think that maybe her and CA did have a big blow up and then smoothed things over? There seems to be a lot of friction over at that house and yet they act like nothing is wrong. Maybe KC was upset but let it go so she would have a place to stay and someone to watch Caylee. The other reason I think they might have made up is because CA seems to have been perplexed at KC taking Caylee and leaving. In her post on My Space she said "she came to me unexpectedly and left me unexpectedly" or something like that. The lie about Zanny having a car accident seemed to be KC's way of explaining why she hadn't come home yet with Caylee. She wouldn't need to come up with an excuse if she had just stormed off. I just don't find it hard to believe that KC was there on the 15th and after that disappeared because she didn't have Caylee any more and didn't want to face her parents and explain why.
I think the reason she receieved a phone call from the A house phone may have been because she couldn't find her cell phone. I call myself all the time when I can't find my phone.

Greta failed to nail down Clint for night of 6/15. We talked quite a bit about it here.

OK so TonE says she didn't spend the night the 15th, Clint says he doesn't know, the cell phone pings say she didn't, LP says he thinks she didn't, she was on the phone half the night with TonE which would indicate she wasn't there WITH him... Maybe she and Caylee just spent the night in the car after the fight. Somewhere near the house (cell phone pings). And she just sat on the phone all night with TonE while Caylee slept in her carseat. She waited til morning and went back to the house after Cindy went to work.

Casey slept at Tony's on the night of June 15th according to Clint. The only people that said Casey was back at the house on June 16th were the Anthony's. :waitasec:

But Tony says she did NOT spend the night with him the 15th... in the thread at the monkey site, several people asked him the same thing and he answered no. He says Clint lied about several things in that interview. It depends on who you believe, I guess.

As I understand it, it's within a certain radius of the cell tower...If you move about, the phone searches for the closest cell tower/best reception at all times. So, if she's in the house or parked down the street, the phone could be pinging the same tower.

Oh, please... y'all have gone on for 18 pages about whether or not George saw Casey and Caylee on the 16th.. and whether or not Cindy and Caylee went swimming... and whether or not Casey spent the night with Tony on the 15th. LP and his crew were with them day and night for at least 9 days. He talks to OCSO very regularly. He also talks to Lee, and talked to George every day. He saw and heard a LOT more than anyone on these forums. If he did not have something to add, NG would not have him as a guest every night.

If CA choked KC to the point she nearly passed out, I'd think she'd have a nasty set of bruises and possibly nail marks on her neck. I'm guessing people don't wear turtlenecks in June, so probably visible. Maybe a KC exaggeration?

I'm lost too on how/why Casey would've been just coming out of her room early afternoon on the 16th if she'd been in a huge fight with her mother the previous night. It just seems she wouldn't even be at the house.

IF I would of ever got into a fight like that with one of my kids they'd of left ASAP! With Casey's nasty mouth...I seriously doubt she stood there & took that off CA.

Can anyone here imagine KC & CA getting into it BAD / KC getting choked by CA & then go into her room & go to sleep??? Nope never happened!!! With KC's temper then get up the next day & act all sweet & nice to GA when she was leaving........after the big fight! Nope just can't see it. The Cleavers they are NOT!

Leonard P. is saying George A DID NOT see Caylee and Casey leaving the next day, on the 16th.

Either George is out and out lying to protect Casey (knowing how it would look if Casey was "choked" by her mother and left right after) or he is totally confused.

Exactly. After all, this is "one little happy family".. lol Also, to cover up what may well be the motive for the "disappearance" of Caylee - spite, pure spite.

I haven't posted before but have been here forever. I have always felt that all it would have taken to send Casey over the edge after the fight with her mother was for Caylee to say she wanted her Gramma. There seems to have been a terrible power struggle going on with Casey using Caylee to get what she wanted and Cindy giving in to keep Caylee there and safe. Any child (even at only 2) would want to stay where they were loved, felt safe, and had all of their own things. We all saw her room on Greta, and Cindy certainly loved that child. She had everything under the sun. I'm sure Casey felt Caylee was the new "princess" and didn't like it at all.

Such a sad family situation.

You summed that up good Sister. I agree. And yes, I think it enraged Casey! And she said, Ill show her, and she killed Caylee in her anger.
I hate typing that, but that's what I think happened.

I wonder if Caylee seen or heard the fight? Caylee was probably upset was crying & wanted Grandma /KC told her to shut up / screaming at Caylee..KC pulled the car over. Grabbed Caylee out of her car seat / blaming Caylee for all her problems / started shaking her / slapping her / beat her to death / threw her in the trunk realizing what she done & it was to late.......

Ok going back through my notes on KC's phone records:

Sunday 6/16
last call 15:46 or 3:46PM
no more calls until
17:05 or 5:05PM
then another break until
19:06 or 7:06

so you have 2 breaks - one 3"46 to 5:05 just a little over an hour
and
5:05 to 7:06 a break of 2 hours (this is when I think the fight happened)

George was not a home - he works 3 to 11 so only people there were CA, KC and Caylee

Now the calls continue from 7:06 PM up until 7/16 Monday at 3:22AM
then all calls stop again until

7:45 AM which is almost a four hour break.

Now another poster said that 7:45AM call was incoming to KC's phone and came from the house - so obviously KC was not at home.

I think during that 4 hour break was either when the deed was done or it was already done and she was trying to figure out what to do and finally just put her in the trunk.

As for how - well KC had been physically assualted and per LP was "freaked out" - and poor lil Caylee was probably tired and whiney and crying alot so she either could have strangled her (like CA tried to do to her) or Caylee was crying and screaming while KC was on the phone and she freaked and just started hitting Caylee in the head with the phone - IMO I believe that was more likely the case and why nobody wants the body found - can't fix a fractured skull. That would also explain why the hair was in the trunk - head wound hair loss.

I started researching the ping locations but that takes quite a bit of time. I also started gathering who matches which numbers. Haven't gotten back to it lately - been busy with my life - lol.

There seems to have been a terrible power struggle going on with Casey using Caylee to get what she wanted and Cindy giving in to keep Caylee there and safe. Any child (even at only 2) would want to stay where they were loved, felt safe, and had all of their own things. We all saw her room on Greta, and Cindy certainly loved that child. She had everything under the sun. I'm sure Casey felt Caylee was the new "princess" and didn't like it at all.

Such a sad family situation.
